Ok, here you are :))).

I do not know what Chakras really are. Well, some kind of energy centers
/crossroads / gateways energies use. My process has been about different
energies opening, widening and connecting channels and it has been gentle.
Some so called chakras are always used: feet, perineum, brown and crown.
Sexual center is used often. Heart and throat area get sometimes special
attention. There are two obviously important points above the mid eye-brown
point. Besides extra-meridians there is a lot of traffic in the channel in
the middle of the body (not the one close to the spine or the one in the
midline in front - they are in use, too). I understand K as a mixture of
energies (energy via perineum + some sexual energy + energy that feels like
coming from another dimension). It uses the channel close to the spine and
the inner middle one and the channels connecting them. Thinking of other
energy gateways in and out, there are hands, ears and eyes. The navel area
seems to have a different role and is somehow linked to an outer energy
system that has other connections on the sides of the neck.

I see golden, white and violet. I associate them all with three "brown
points" and crown.

Less than two weeks ago I was thrilled when I found an old Chinese drawing
that showed the "inner structure" very much in the way I had experienced it.
The funny part is that some days later I lost the clear sensation of the
channels - the sensation was more like dynamic peace flowing everywhere. I
do not feel attracted to any traditional belief system to explain my
experiences. In fact my process has been very much giving up beliefs.
After "loosing" my channels, I became aware of the belief that I might find
it hard to give up books (I like reading a lot...). I imagined I was
tearing off pages from some dear books and then folded the pages to
"paperplanes", which I threw to the light ball that I saw in front of me.
When they hit the light ball I felt my heart was hit by bliss... :)))

Joy,
Satu
