Oh my it has been one heck of a kundalini-crazed day for me. It started at
10 this morning..all of a sudden I felt like I had a raging temperature..all
flushed and running to the bathroon like crazy..dizzy naseaus I knew it
wasnt flu I could tell it was energy clearing...how to explain that to boss
and coworkers..gosh..by 1 it was completely gone and I was fine then I broke
out in a weird blotchy rash all day I have ranged from hysterical laughter
to crying bouts and right now feel like Im going to explode or combust or
something....its been really intense today for some reason...just wanted to
share with someone who understood...thanks for listening..I am just trying
to just let it run its course and hang in there. I dont know how many more
days like this I can take though...I did want to say that that visualization
about the cool rain has helped tremendously..Thank you!!!! I am always
appreciative of any helpful suggestions.
