Hi -
I appreciated your note in particular.
I think that there is strength only in the fact that
there are some things GREATER THAN OURSELVES AND OUR
POINTS OF VIEW AND OUR ABILITY TO "KNOW". I think
that we can only trust in the fact that there is
nothing for us to understand, EXCEPT that there is
MORE to understand ... and that in the scheme of things
... we really understand very VERY little ... and that
we need each other AND the Universal Life Force.
It is the outpouring of exchange, such as those reaching
out to help (spiritually, emotionally, physically, and
mentally) in which strength lies ... just as it is on
this list. Not one us can KNOW EVERYTHING!
I have long believed that it takes ALL OF US to know
SOME things. There is truly only one Being,
Intelligence, Divinity, Creator [however you affirm the
description of the God Energy or Universal Force] that
can know ALL. I suspect that actually that we have a
responsibility to NOT know ALL, but rather to be in a
state of seeking continually for this allows us an
ability to balance our egos with doses of humility.
On this note, I will publically state:
I apologise for my rude, thoughtless, judgemental
comment (made to you privately) recently.
Domchi is frequently criticized, but there are people
like me that can be much more harsh. One of my pet
peeves has been the issue of "assuming" without seeking
knowledge ... and I know myself, particularly with
reference to you recently ... to be guilty. I would
enjoy knowing more about your points of view.
Again, thank you for your thought-filled note.
