Dear Paul,

If it is too much for you, you can play with your penis, but keep three
fingers on
perineum between your anus and your scrotum. At the moment of ejaculation
press
the fingers down to withhold the fluid. There will be an ejaculation, but
without any
loss of seed if the fingers are pressed on it at a reasonable pressure.
There will be small loss
of energy, but it will be manageable.
