Subject: [sangha] Re: kundalini....

From: "Debby Welch" <debbyATnospamwebtrawler.com>

work in kundalini with energy centers/chakras, is not goal-oriented towards
the feeling of the rising of the energies.......that is incidental to the
ultimate release of same energies which have been in the re-cycling bins of
the chakras......when energy has been retained over lengthy periods of time,
in say, the ajna center........it can create disease or symptoms of
disease.......all kundalini work is for open flow of energy aimed at a
healthy body/mind..........when one becomes accomplished with the process,
"rushes" seldom occur as energy is released quite naturally, aided by
certain krijas......channels stay open.....attachment to physical sensations
in any practise is heading down the wrong path and will not facilitate
growth.
