I have been on Prozac in the past. One thing the doctors often don't  
tell you is that it can stop working, sometimes quite suddenly, and  
that when it does you feel worse than you ever did before (hence  
Prozac-related suicides). Kundalini can cause huge emotional  
ups-and-downs anyway, so the chances of it landing you in serious  
trouble are pretty high... Please, wait till you are over the mental  
problems that you are taking the meds for, before trying anything  
more than short periods of meditation.  
OTOH, I would guess that maybe 20 mins of meditation per day would do  
no harm, and would probably be beneficial.

ps My knowledge of depression and Prozac I got first-hand, but my  
knowledge of Kundalini is second-hand (mostly learnt here) so it's  
all very much IMHO.
