Kundalini is not dangerous. Kundalini is purifying.

What is dangerous is resisting Kundalini. Trying to prevent her from
doing what she wants to do (and she knows what you need better than
you!), trying to control her...

The only way a man can live with Kundalini is to trust her and give
yourself to her.

When Kundalini encounters blockage, garbage, whatever is wrong, it tries
to flush it down (well, actually, up, but never mind :) ). It does so by
increasing energy until energy flow is stronger than garbage... and
until energy flow takes garbage away. The harder you try to leave shit
where it is, the stronger Kundalini attacks it. So if you feel Kundalini
moving, don't resist her, let her do it, maybe even try to help her by
focusing on that part of body, or make energy flow even stronger...
stronger energy clears shit faster. Don't panic, it's normal, it's OK,
and for God's sake DON'T RESIST, don't try to return to your original
state.

And that's all there is in living with Kundalini. The only rule - don't
resist. Resistance is the only danger.

If you feel like it, do it. If you don't, don't. Many meditation
techniques are about control; control of your mind, control of your
concentration or something else. Kundalini is not about control, but
about doing things which are natural to you. Do what you feel you should
do, whatever it is - there are no rules. If I tried to meditate when I
didn't need to, I'd usually fell asleep or something like that. But if I
needed meditation, I naturally fell into meditation without planning it.
