Hi,

I thought I'd mention why this appeals to me so much.

Hatha Yoga - Ha and Tha - Sun and Moon.

The setting of stone circles (I live in Britain) - these are sites of
mystical astronomy. Stellar energy meditation is a doorway back to the
practises they used 5000 or more years ago.

Knowing your way around the night sky, the fixed stars and the
constellations gives you a new perspective on your identity and your
place in the universe. There is also the awareness of seasons, and the
grandeur of space.

It's a complementary practise to Grounding. Earth and Sky...Muladhara
and Sahasrara.

Mantak Chia talks about bilocating your spiritual body into the sky,
keeping it aloft there like a kite while it absorbs cosmic energies.

Gurdjieff mentions stellar energy - certain plants focus
extraterrestrial energies - we should be able to as well.

Does anyone else perceive higher energies as bluish in colour? I'd like
to absorb energy from ultra-violet stars...

If anyone is interested in Remote Viewing, focussing on the energy of
far stars would awaken the signal line to the stars and distant
galaxies, the astral thread of thematic significance.
