Hi List Members,

 I am reading two books at the moment - "Awaken Healing Energy
Through The Tao" by Mantak Chia, and "Starwalking - Shamanic Flight Into
The Night Sky" by Page Bryant. Both these books assert that you can
develop chi or subtle energies through meditating on stars and drawing
energy from them.

 I am interested in this as learning the constellations, the
major stars and using them as energy / visualisation subjects
(preferably in a stone circle) appeals to me.

 What I'd be interested in knowing is if Kundalini or other forms
of Yoga (and also other meditation schools) use stellar energy in their
methods. Sun and Moon visualisations count!
Please tell me what you know!
