Your ending thought states exactly where you need to be:

Kundalini prepares us to receive higher states of energy.
Paradoxically, She renders us utterly ordinary, empty and human in the
process. It sounds impossible, but the more we accept our humanness,
the more we can Know that we are really God manifest in material form.
Accept everything, everything that is happening to you. Love it all,
especially yourself. The less you try or push for experiences, the
more you can be simply Present which is the only place we humans can,
with grace, stumble on the divine. I'll say to you what I still have
to say to myself frequently: You do not have to understand what is
happening. The more you get your brain out of the way, the more your
heart can know. Holly
