Hi to all

I've only just joined the list and have been following some of the threads
with interest. My K is not yet fully awake, but I am a student of Kundalini
Yoga - I am also now the list owner of the Kundaliniyoga list on ONElist.

Miri's posting reminded me of a dream, or perhaps psychic experience, I had
recently. I was lying in my bed and heard a spirit approaching me with loud
strange-sounding footsteps. I was quite frightened and tried to get away,
but it grabbed me by the feet. At that instant all of my chakras opened, and
I felt the most incredible pulse of energy go through my body, and it was
this pulse that awoke me. It was a most vivid experience. I have never
experienced anything like it.

Does anyone have any ideas what it could all mean?
