Subject: [K-list] newbie posting with an answer

Only a week or so ago I posted to the list with my problem of shaking and
vibration in meditation.
I received some wonderful help and advice from many people. Today I had an
amazing experience:
Whilst sitting doing some filing I felt an intense pain in my sacral area
which lasted only a few seconds
I thought nothing much of it at the time but later when I sat down to
meditate with my wife I felt this
heat energy rise much more powerfully than usually but no shaking or
vibration at all! Without this
distraction I was able to focus more and felt a wonderful lightness and
communion.

I think this experience was no coincidence and that I have certainly
received some healing help through the list members. I don't know yet if
this is the end of the shaking for good but it was wonderful to have some
relief from it even if just for one meditation.
