I have notices two different types:

1) Seems to be a sensitivity to vibrations within and all around me,
even the vibration of others' voices, as well as the internal shivers
as the fires/kundalini/serpent awaken.

2) Violent shaking, which is my astral body attempting to separate
while my conscious mind remains awake. To separate, the conscious
must relinquish control for just a second and merge into the
unconscious.
