Hi KJ:

Welcome to the list. Shaking is just a part of what you got into.
Kundalini is about energy. The same energy that makes EVRYTHING happen
is now flowing trhough certain nadis (subtle channels) inside you.
You always had the same energy it is olnly that is has chosen to move
forward to another level inside you. Eventually you might even like the
shivers. I love the shivers now...got used to them.

But the most wonderful thing is when it explodes in the top. You know
what i mean. You are one with everything. It´s so great.
