>Dear "Timera",
>You know I have always felt this way and have never understood the need to
practise yoga and other meditation methods to "awaken" kundalini, or the
like. It just makes the magical and wonderous sound so tedious and boring.
Now this isn't to take away from meditation as a method of getting in touch,
or to a quiet place, or yoga...as it is beneficial for body, mind and
soul...but to discuss spiritual awakening techniques as if from a
manuel..........reduces the unknowable to so little.
>My experiences have all happened spontaneously, surprisingly, frighteningly
(before I figured out what was happening) and wonderously, without my having
to "egg them on,"....as for the invitation to dance.....I make my living by
dancing, and teaching others to find that dancer within themselves.....and I
wouldn't have it any other way.:)......don't we all need more laughter and
dance,
>LOL
