I don't see what's *nuts*, freda. I'm only observing that you suggest other
words for the same semantic meaning.

Nope, *out there* is in havoc, primarly because of Earth's material power
centers. You woldn't find peace or tranquility in mind by following like
sheeps to the butcher the values of prestige, power, greed *out there* in a
materialistic culture. Your I Am or spiritual center within is your only
true rest.

The two poles are Yin and Yang. They are Ida and Pingala, and
Kundalini-rising is eqivalent to balancing the two poles in us. The balance
is Tao. To balance the two poles is not to live in a *vegetative state*, it
has to do with reaching the balance, the tranquility, in the unspeakable,
undefinable IT (Tao) where we go beyond all duality.

You may deny the coming of a new age *in any case* as much as you want. The
point is that any restructuring, any Change of fundamental character, can
be traumatic if resisting the unavoidable.

That's exactly the aim of light work, freda. But there's a law called free
will. And there's a law called karma. Catastrophies are not *God's
punishment*. It's karmic reactions. I think the best formula would be to
use FORGIVENESS to heal upheavals.
