Thanks a lot for your encouraging letter.

I was introduced to K rather violently a month ago. I had first taken what
was happening as an allergic reaction or a psychosomatic one, and at the end
I thought that I was having a stroke and was dying. For the next two weeks
it didn't let me rest and fool that I am, I provoked another episode. But it
was very much milder, and a few more unprovoked repeats, again much milder,
have now convinced me that it was K.

You say:

Isn't that the truth! I found that 'just observing' as you say, is very
helpful. There are issues that keep coming up and I don't know how to deal
with them and make them go away, but acknowledging that they exist and
standing back and being like a neutral observer, seems to help.

To have spent the last few months taking a very good look at Budhism was the
best thing that I have ever done.

I have an allergy against the word 'god' and also 'creator' doesn't feel
right at all, but I use it when I talk to people whom I suppose to be
Christians.
