(The rest of the previous post was left off for some reason (?))... so here it
is - hopefully it will come thru. xxxtg

(Alice): I know nothing about you and where you stand, what your experiences
are, and yet I persume to know something and to give advise - back to basics,
Alice
 ;)

Alice, you gave no advice so hush. You shared what you know, what you have
learned thus far. How beautiful! Thank you. Your words inspired me by
reminding me at a time I needed reminding.

< From your first post and this post I gather that you are not K active, but
consider trying to force it. My advise is: Don't! Not before you have more
information about it, and not without guidance and long preparation. K is
not psycho therapie. At least not in the sense that you imagine. You cannot
chose which areas of your life you want to improve and K will then gently
oblige. No, K will blaze it's way through any obstructions and like a thing
with it's own mind follow it's own purpose of connecting you, your soul with
the Supreme Intelligence. It will take you home. This can be a very painful
 and dangerous process.

Now here you give advice. :-) But only thru your own knowledge of what you
know to be true. I would have given the same. Others may give different
advice. I've found it is painful because of how it exaggerates everything (!)
in your life. It blows it up to a Zoom-view so you can look at it, deal with
it, or eliminate it (Do I want this in my life? Do I need it? Is there
anything to gain from it?), or just observe it.

Kundalini brings up things in a very short period of time that may have taken
years, or lifetimes for us to deal with. I like that though. Things I may
have been ignoring or denying my whole life, brought right up to me so I HAVE
to look at it or die. (I'm saying that in a sense, not literally). It
teaches you to be fearless, by opening your eyes instead of keeping them
closed -- that what we are looking at won't bite or kill or hurt or harm us.
(which is the reason we go thru life with our eyes closed).

Alice, thanks for sharing. Glad you are here!

Love,
xxxtg
