I know the kundalini experience is very different for each person. I also
had daily kriyas, mudras, and automatic pranayama for several years. It
was very steady for the first 3-4 years, and I also had to suppress the
activity during the workday, and the kriyas came on with renewed vigor
whenever I was alone, or driving home from work, etc. For me they slowed
down a good deal after about 3-4 years. I do still get kriyas and mudras
daily but less frequently and they are less intense.

I understand them as a cleansing and clearing of the nadis. They will
probably diminish gradually for you. I found that I had to suspend my
regular practice of meditation or the kundalini was too active. By that I
mean, the kriyas and mudras increased, as did the waves of fear and
anxiety. The growth in conciousness happened too fast and I experienced
extremes of mood as well as extremes physical symptoms of weakness and
pain. There was also a lot of speaking in different languages (languages I
do not know) during asana or meditation, and increase of sensitivity to the
emotional states of others.

There were a lot of other symptoms and strange experiences. All this
continues at a more manageable rate now for me, but at earlier stages it
was happening way too intensely. It was very hard to make myself stop
meditating because it meant giving up the ecstatic states, but the extremes
I was experiencing made it very necessary; I felt my life depended on it.
After 6 and a half years of K activity I have been able to resume short
meditations.

I also stopped doing hatha yoga practices a few years ago to slow down the
k activity. I found other physical activity, regular exercise, to be very
helpful in balancing the kundalini activity.

An ayurvedic physician and a couple of Transcendental Meditation teachers
suggested I stop eating any meat, any animal products. I did so only
gradually, as I felt the kundalini activity was slowed a little by eating
meat. I don't know if this will help you or not. There are foods which
are considered "tamasic", dulling, or grounding in ayurveda which are not
meat. I don't eat any meat any more but sometimes use these heavier foods
to ground myself.

Most of my comments are about slowing down the process, and maybe I
misunderstand and you don't want to do that. If you find the kundalini
activity you are experiencing manageable and want to increase the rate of
clearing and growth, you can do the opposite of the things I did. Increase
meditation, practice daily asana, eat a sattwic vegetarian diet, practice
bramacharya (abstinence) to increase the sublimation of sexual energy into
spiritual (kundalini) energy.

I hope some of this is useful to you. Let me know how you are doing.
