Could anybody throw light on the essential differences between Siddha
Yoga, Kriya Yoga and Kundalini Yoga? As far as I know, Siddha Yoga
occurs absolutely spontaneously and other yogas not so. Whereas Guru is
indispensable in case of Kundalini and Kriya Yogas, he may not play a
significant role in case of Siddha Yoga, once Shaktipat takes place.
