Hi List,

I know there are various thoughts on dreams - how to interpret them, what
they mean, and even if one should pay attention to their dreams or just
forget them. Me? I pay attention to them - now! At first I had no plans to
respond further to this thread, but then - something stirred and prompted
me on - so, this I share with you, do with it as you please. Just as other
posts can be taken or left by the wayside, so too can this one.

Without those dreams of snakes, I would not have know that k was there, it
was only through reading about it, that I realized what was transpiring.
Snakes are healing and indicative of a kundalini awakening if presented
with other dreams. When I read John White's book - I could no longer deny
that the awakening process had begun. Up to that point, I thought I was
going crazy, to say the least.

Colorful birds and feathers, yep they too denote a kundalini awakening.
Dreaming of them sitting next to a snake - sure why not? You all can figure
that one out for yourselves.

Finding gold, another clue that I was searching for lost treasure, the god
within, again associated with the awakening process. Gold is the
solar/sunlight, it relates to cycles, eternity, the divine or cosmic
spirit/intelligence. It is also the last step in alchemy process.

Being chased by seen and unseen things. Seeing this in my dreams helped me
overcome the fear and make affirmations that I am afraid of nothing, after
all - there are but two major feelings, love and fear - and I know which
one I want in my life. When another fear dream occurred and I started to
run away, I stopped to confront whatever I was running from - there was
nothing there to confront. Since then, I have not had dreams of being
afraid, being chased by seen and unseen things.

Underground passages, tunnels, underground garages and basements that
reeked of evil - when I recognized what they were and was just another
aspect of kundalini cleaning house... I don't have them anymore either. For
me, there is no evil - no good, no bad...

As far as animal dreams are concerned, I had one of a talking lion - he
called me by name, at first I ignored him, and then I listened... most
prophetic information... I have several animal totems as well - the eagle,
deer, buffalo, bear, and one or two more that I forget right now - but I
see them in my dreams. The bear especially, he has been around since the
age of three or so, I guess I am on the Shamanic path...

Numbers, yes, I pay attention to those as well because they too have
meaning. The number three is often in my dreams. Three is a number of
completion, the resolution of the duality of two; a union that produces a
new reality (1+2=3). Its correlating geometric shape is the triangle, which
symbolizes God and the three aspects of man (mind, body, spirit).

Rings are symbolic as well. As a circle the ring is associated with
eternity, wholeness, the mandala. So when I dreamed of a forthcoming
wedding, being given three rings, and a date, I knew what this represented...

Yes, I certainly do pay attention to dreams, and since they have been given
to me to work out their meaning - I do just that... and others I know keep
a dream diary. They record their dreams and later work on them, finding the
meaning is sometimes most enlightening -

Just another thought today -

Blessings, dor
