I don't think K Vs. homosexuality is any worse or better than K vs.
heterosexuality.
As long as one knows methods of dual cultivation and solo cultivation, then
one can progress to more subtler realms of conciousness. If you are attached
to sensuality and most of us are then cultivation can be helpful. Eventually
one's kundalin is so strong that sexuality is transformed to pure virtue
itself, conciousness.
I think that traditional views of homosexuality in a good many paths tends
to leave
an important segment of the population without any sense of hope or
inclusiveness
that they are worthy creations of the tao as well.
