(grin) Sure, time space don't matter to a spook. I considered offering to clear it for you, but I didn't coz had a feeling :) it was an experience
you needed. Used to clear a lot more ghosts, when folks asked me, lately I'm finding it more worthwhile to teach folks to do it themselves. Very
empowering! >

kind of work.. start taking on old graveyards and battlefields, it gets really crowded! Heh heh...
I'm kidding, actually.. the whole infinite universe fits easily inside your heart. It may be, he was stretching you to make you bigger.

I usually feel them go out my crown.. if he went out your front, then he probably was headed for the spirit canoe.. Kewl!
I had never thought of "loaning" it out, before this.. (shrug) I don't own it or anything, I gave it to Goddess and the Shamen who are the "crew".
The discarnate Shamen were the ones that asked me to make the thing, inna first place. To help with the "purification".
There is a relationship between aboriginal suicide rates worldwide, and ancestor worship. Imagine inheriting a few thousand meddling mother-in law
ghosts along with your DNA? The suicide stats are a manifestation of "if ya can't beat 'em, join 'em."
And they are.. Since the ancestors expected to be worshipped by the living, they tended
not to go into the light. Spirit guides that haven't gone into the light are worse than no guides at all.
Or, it could be that since your heart was crowded, your crown was a
really tight squeeze.. someone newly awakened I was teaching this to, one time, said it felt like the ghost was being born out the top of her head..
squeezing out slowly.. I remember, I gave it a "shove" to push it thru.. some I feel slip out like nothing, others give me a shiver as they exit.
>As I lie in bed later that night, I realized that old Bob had been
>lingering around on the early plane because he was waiting for me. I >wasn't there to help him. He was there to help ME!
(huge grin) So co-creation works.. I have had many really beautiful experiences clearing spookies. I don't find them scary at all, I sympathise
with them.

I just don't have enough time to keep up with 40 or so messages on this board every night. I wish I did, because I've had some experiences that
people who supposedly know have told me is kundalini, or the chakras awakening. If anyone has any good knowledge about *partial awakening*
please feel free to email me, thats what I *feel* is my case, at least so far. Is *partial* awakening possible or not? I seem to see two
different opinions about that.

opening right in the center of chest. just sharing the experience of pronouncing Om.

Hi.
Day before yesterday I think time stopped for a while.
It was after I wrote that somewhat forward message to the list about what was happening at the time. I lay down in bed finally intending to
get to sleep. I heard my younger sister downstairs open the door to the living room where she had been watching late night television.
When it's nighttime everyone walks around quite slowly as to not make a noise, especially when walking on the stairs. Then, as if I had not
gone anywhere at all, my sister was walking past my bedroom door. I ws surprised and I figured it must take at least 10 seconds to get from
the living room to my bedroom. I did not have any experience of her coming up the stairs or anything. It was like time just didn't exist
at all. And the even wierder thing is that in the interim I went nowhere, absolutely nowhere, like no time had passed at all, and yet
chronologically speaking it seemed in hindsight that about 10 seconds had been `lost'. This is just so wierd.

Lovely Ms Holly: 1. Do inform what you learnt or learning the world around you.
2.Through aura, what do you want to know- health condition or mental condition?
3. So for health is concerned. Your aura is 6 inches uniform which means person is vibrant. This aura can be increased even upto 18 inches by
regularly meditating and sheding negativity from the body OR help of any proficient healer can be taken to for this . See elsewhere here what a
person can do if aura is wider and vibrant . 4. Spiritual cord is 3 inches and therefore you can bless or heal others
using palms. 5.Your sub-conscious mind contains fear of the unknown. There can be
several reasons for this. If your life history is known, it is possible to indicate the cause for your taking corrective steps.
6. Do you want me to inform you all in one go. No, it will be difficult to digest.
Do you know, your photo took 10 minutes to reach through Eudora. Please
note for aura sensing only face is required. A passport size photo sufficies. With love, we wish you rise high on your spiritual path.

Lovely Ms.Liz: Not much study has been done by allopaths on para-thyroid and during
operation for thyroid , they remove it also.
During our Cosmic Beam healing the chronic diseases related to skin, we clearly found that one of the effect of imbalance of this part relates to
different skin troubles and obesity. However we have still to understand the para-thyroid at the right side.
2. For Amygdala, why don't you please browse the allopath's sites to gain thorough knowledge? Please cook to eat, why desire for <instant>> cooked
food. 3. Reactivity is our nature. It is good as well bad also. During half sleep
when a heavy sound is there, you get up in a jerk jumping out of your bed and save yourself if really wall is falling near you.
At the other side, when some body comes and you dislike, and without allowing other parts which analyse your action, the amygdala reacts and you
start beating or abusing. So reactivity is good but bad as well. I hope you will realise that everyone desires to know about aura and
therefore in case you desire any further reply, please send it through post and allow us time.
With love, Ms. Seema.

Harsha: Jan, your raw diet of primarily fruits is very conducive to this type of austerity. I doubt that very many others could do it. Advanced pranayama
requires the right mental and physical environment, a lot of self confidence, and a practical knowledge of the workings of prana in the body.

Yes, I formed a technique of removing the emotional and mental contents
from one's system by resonating a sound out loud - like a deep sigh or a moan; it starts as a high-pitched sound, because the emotions are intense,
and as you go, resonating as you exhale, the sound spontaneously gets deeper, when emotional charge is released. With that, you go from one
emotion to another, releasing them all. When there is no emotional charge or stray thoughts in the system, the sound is a deep resonance, om, or
something like it, because real pranava is supposed to be the carrier-wave of the Creation, not just a sound; a vibration of a basic principle
produces manifestation of objects, beings, all relative. Om is, in its essence, the power of creation by word.
No, I didn't mean Word for Windows. :)))

Hi Kristen...
So glad to hear you are feeling better these days and getting back to your love of skiing.
As I was reading this last post of yours, it sounded like the SAME words you
used while working on facing your fears recently of your past growing up issues.
You wrote: I don't want to be injured again, or go through that pain again,
(and be taken away from my skiing.) I have to get past it, cause with it right now, I am not
helping myself at all. I only want to go up and not down.
Seems to me that you have projected those fears onto your skiing. Once aware of that (if it is true and I'm sure it is), you may find facing the fear of
skiing much easier than those of the past knowing (with this awareness) that if you face one, you face them all.
Go for last place while starting out again instead of #1 being the best -
much less pressure and serves the same purpose.
Just Do It! I know you can.....
Much Love, xxxtg
