Hi,

Thanks for your contribution. No doubt, when implemented in the list server,
it can make a big difference. BTW, because links are starting with:" http://
"
would it be possible to test for this and convert to the text of the link?
If so, the link can be transfered into the browser with copy/paste. With
E-mail addresses much the same, testing on ATnospam, tag and convert.
A text editor, outperforming notepad is NextPad, Copyright ©1996 by Squirrel
Software. The author's name is Xavier Bergade, email:
xavierATnospamsquirrel.com.au
It doesn't have all features you requested, but, like you, the author offers
the program as freeware and if a suggestion for improvement makes sense, it
could be implemented in the next upgrade.

  Diary date..6.4.98

As soon as i am in sleep or half sleep, earth energy enters the heart
chakra and creates sensations and throbbing in the heart, and wakes me up.

When awake and in awareness the same energy is healed and goes to throat
chakra.

In awareness meditation this throat chakra energy weaves a pattern with my
old accumulated throat chakra energy and is further purified.

Before 6.4.98 this purified energy went higher to throat chakra, got
blocked there, and caused me pain or heaviness in my head for atleast 6 to
7 hours.

Some two weeks back lobster out of pure compassion towards me prayed on my
behalf to almighty to get me a guide or Guru, as he might have considered
that same is required by me. He did this informing me privately on my
e-mail but not before this k-list. This he did because I refused
lobester's advice to pray myself. I have never prayed.

Naturally I did not take lobster's prayer seriously.

Bizzare coincidences and I was face to face with a guide/guru on 4.4.98 to
oblige my daughter and an old friend.

After five minutes of intense discussion, i was convinced by this
guide/guru to pray to my "Inner Voice" that Inner voice should guide me in
my process so that the Univese is benifitted to maximum extent. The
guide/guru expected, that by doing so .... 1) my pain will go away. 2) I
shall go back to Sat-chit-annand state, which i lost three years back. 3)
I will be able to take much much more energy from the earth for healing
thereby this earth and universe will be more benefitted.
4) My throat chakra will get purified faster because of availability of more
purified earth energy thro' heart chakra. This will ensure faster
progress for me. 5) My inner voice which has been guiding me since five
years will also be
benefitted because it can now carry this semi puified energy from
throat chakra to crown or higher. My inner voice wants to help me but I
have to ask for this help. Prayer is actually asking for help.

Earlier Danijel (whose process is almost same as mine) had mentioned that
he has moved faster from heart to throat to ajna chakra and is now working
at crown chakra because of his prayer to Satya Sai Baba, thereby drawing
my attention to importance of pra yer even for my type of process.

Energy and the process is moving in the direction as expected and advised
by this Guru/guide. This letter is to acknowledge thanks to Lobster(Ed
Jason), to Danijel, to K-list, to my daugter who fell sick, to my friend
Prasad who came on vacation from Dubai and gave my daughter a Mantra cure
(saving an operation, pain and hospitalisation) and specially to
Guru/Guide known by the name Swamy.

I have learnt that till I merge in my "Inner Voice", I have to pray to
Him. Even my inner guru "Inner Voice" has allowed me the freedom of
choice. This prayer would not have been necessary if I had some Devotion ,
love or faith for the Inner Voice, but Shahanshah has a big big ego.

I have no answer to that, BUT... LOL... this reminds me of a story.... (yes,
but another one....)

Many years ago, my son, Joshua (who was 8 at the time) and I were playing a
game of monopoly one day, and I was soooo bored. (Pre-K) So I was honest with
him, and said that I wasn't having fun. I told him playing games was never
really fun for me and I didn't know why, although I wished I did! He asked
questions - I answered. I told him about when I was a child, I usually
*cheated* to allow the other kids to win. It made them feel good.

My little therapist came to the conclusion, that it was no wonder I didn't
like to play games! Because when I won, I felt bad!

He said that winning is good! And that we should always play our best!

I explained to him that the other person then would feel bad if I won. In his
infinite wisdom, he gave me a great analogy.... He said, ''you know when you
play Tether Ball, and you are playing by yourself? It is you against you."

He went on... "When you lose, do you get mad at yourself?" I said, "no". "Do
you feel bad?" I said "no". He said, "Well then why do you think someone
else would feel bad if you won? It's the same thing."

(The moral of the story is.... I kick ass now since that day - no more Mr.
Nice Gal... so bring your $$ when we go shoot pool)

> Dear Kundalini list members,

I'd like to take this moment to introduce myself and reply to the survey. My
name is Tehran and I am 19 years of age. I will apologize beforehand if my
writing appears sporadic and diffuse...I have experienced difficulty focusing
and concentrating since my Kundalini fully awakened. Also, if my post is too
long, feel free to disregard what you deem unimportant. I am writing this
message for primarily two reasons: 1) to share my experience with others and
get some feedback when needed 2) help others realize they are not going crazy
and that there are other people going thru similar experiences.
According to the Mayan calendar I am a Red Crystal Dragon (Serpent) ...thereby
having an active and abundant kundalini since birth. I can recall as a child
feeling surges of energy up and down my body and spine...I recall seeing
disembodied spirits, etc. I am, therefore, no stranger to metaphyisical or
spiritual experieces. I've only realized recently that kundalini has been the
source of many of my experiences and symptoms. I want to stress the point that
my kundalini has been active all of my life, but usually would ascend and
descend. ( I suppose my lil' neurons couldn't handle it back then!) The
experience which awoke my kundalini conciously occurred about a year ago while
in college. Picture this, a smoky dorm room, music, candles, lots of people
drinking, smoking pot and having a generally good time. This scenario occurred
many times during my freshman year. But one night in particular changed my life
forever.
This night I smoked around the usual amount of pot but this time something
different happened. At the time I attributed it to the drug, but in hindsight I
recognize the classic symptoms of an awakening. I felt larger than my body, more
expansive..everything was clearer and more intense. (i.e.
sounds, smells, lights, etc.) I was bordering on psychotic and my head hurt
terribly....the most intense headache I had ever experienced in my life. These
headaches would begin to be an everyday occurance. OTC-pain medicines couldn't
help much, relaxation couldn't help much...it appeared that nothing would soothe
the agony I was in. This would go on for months before I would seek medical
attention...and to make matters worse...I also used amphetamines afterwards to
try and counteract the overwhelming fatigue, lethargy and general fogginess I
felt, but to no avail. I have always been very academically-inclined and did
well in school....but suddenly something changed. School was no longer my
passion, I fought endlessly with apathy and boredom...stopped attending class
regularly and my grades suffered. to make matters worse, I had mononucleosis
and missed more school. Life began taking on a different meaning for me...and
all of my elaborate plans had changed. I began to delve into spirituality
more...at the expense of other things in my life...I felt extremely disconnected
from others.
The headaches persisted and after a night of doing speed in preparation for
exams, I had to go to the emergency room the following morning. My head felt as
if it would burst..surges of energy up my spine and into my head. I eventually
went to a headache clinic and was diagnosed with chronic tension headaches...I
was given anti-depressants,narcotic pain relievers and even treated for
sinusitis. My headches still persisted. After spring semester I decided to
take a leave of absense to clear my head.(no pun intended!) My grades had
suffered and I couldn't concentrate worth a darn....not to mention having to
take finals with a pounding headache. (surprisingly I did well) : )
The following months I found some relief in meditation and bio-feedback...and
also abusing pain pills, in part to make the pain stop and also to sleep, since
it was difficult feeling like my head was going to blow every 3 minutes. I ended
up seeing a therapist...this was very unsuccessful...I was switched to a
different anti-depressant, but I decided to discontinue using them since they
made me feel extremyl dul, and groggy.
At this point, the headaches were very more intermittent and occasionally a
few days would pass in which I didn't have them. Gradually they subsided once I
began meditating regularly and adjusting my diet, but they never fully went
away. there were times when I would meditate...oh and by the way, I came across
a book which included a kundalini meditation at this time. I fI had known that
ym kundalini was already awakened and active, I may not have done the
meditation. Needless to say, I didn't continue with this meditation for long! :
) There would be times when the crown of my head felt as if it was going to fly
off. My headaches came and went, along with the sporadic burst of energy and
overwhelming fatigue and they continue to this day.
These days my headaches are back after a short hiatus. This time it feels
different though, it's focused in the top(crown) of my head and it feels like my
brain is moving(shifting)..there's pressure within...I am currently seeking ways
to handle this situation but have resigned to "let go and let God", my whole
life flowed much more smoothly when I did.
I will end this message by listing my experiences and symptoms....thank you
all for your time and god bless.

Symptoms and experiences:
 1) energy surges
 2) muscles spasms
 3) extreme mood swings
 4) psychotic episodes (mild)
 5) itching sensations
 6) cold spells
 7) pressure within my head
 8) hyperactivity/and fatigue
 9) bodily discomfort and blockages
10) racing heartbeat
11) confusion,fogginess, difficulty concentrating
12) mystical/psychic experiences/intuitive knowings

I got my realisation spontaneously at a Sahaja Yoga meditation centre straight
away .I was taught to raise my kundalini inside of half an hour and since then I
have always had comlplete mastery and complete control of myself and the kundalini
sakti without any ill effects . There are literally thousands like me all around
the world who are now capable not just of awakening their own kundalini but
sponatenously able to give complete relaisation to others , even on a mass scale .
The beauty about this movement is that it is spontaneous and free , it doesn't
cost a dime and there is no waiting around ; you simply get it and then move on to
give it to others , simple as that . If it all seems too incredible for words
check out this web site and see the results ! Amazing stuff man !

Some may like the sound of their own voice..however, sometimes I do not
know what I think till I say it, either. Reminds me once when I asked my
young son if he couldn't be a bit more careful.. and he replied, "I
would, but how do I know what is going to happen till it happens?" >
