Harsha writes: Worship of the Supreme Female Divinity has its origins in

write three poems on the Goddess. They are "The Vision of the Naked Goddess",

Tara." In the near future, I hope to make them available on a Website as they
are inspired by the Goddess of Love Herself, who rises from the Heart that is
the Ocean of Consciousness, and who has no equal in splendor, beauty and
compassion.

Trouble not Chris,
Since we are all many expressions of the "One", we all experience the
effects of meditation differently.
You mentioned that you "feel" sensations at times. Well, I would say that is
a true connection to Spirit. You are most likely of a feeling nature. I
myself, although at times have had Light visions on occasion, feel more than
I see.
Trust your inner guidance, for you are where you are meant to be.
I am a new member of this group, and I think it is wonderful to share and
learn from others!

Hello Chris,
The responses in your meditation , which you mention, I have and still do
have these experiences, when my meditation is deep enough. I generally
happens when my mind becomes totally devoid of any thoughts or the space
between the two thoughts occur as very long bands. I do not wait for
these sign/symptoms to happen, nor expect them, they happen when they
happen and I simply let it be at that. Regarding the visual responses of
lights etc., it generally happens when the consciousness is in between
the sixth (third eye) and the crown chakras. But this I think is
dependent on how deep is the meditation, at least in my case. Sounds
normally originate at the base, sacral or throat chakras, which is my
experience. when at the heart center, it is blissful feeling and
permeates the whole body through vibrations of the shakti, sometimes a
continuos stream , at other times in packets or bundles. Sounds are of
various kinds, like cymbals, bird chirping, bells, flute
etc., which I have experienced in various stages and still do.
In my opinion, these are responses in the body to let us know that we are
meditating deeply, and act as encouragements in the path. I don't dwell
on these sensations though, which I consider as detouring from my primary
objective, which is attunement with my inner self or the Divine within,
not philosophically stating it or verbally affriming it, but actualizing
it in my own life.

they were married to other people and that complicated their situation as
their spouses did not believe in reincarnation. They felt their love was pure
and true and not sexual etc. I sympathized with them but told them that since
they are now both married in this life time to others they have to be
responsible to the other people in their life as well. They understood that
quite well. They wished to do regression into past lives. I told them that
after we have understood this life, we can go back in the past lives. When
this life itself is complex enough, why burden oneself with more information
from the past, unless it happens spontaneously in meditation. But evidently
there are many "experts" who claim to teach such things. The couple mentioned
a few to me. My feeling is that one should be wary.

You heard me talk about Barbara, she told me she could feel this tight
knot in her liver for many years before it manifested as Cancer. She
said she always had this up tight feeling in her emotions and she also
knew that at certain times when she suppressed and went along with
things she knew were not right for her...it became much worse. So when
we did the work of looking into her records it was very clear how the
cause and effect worked to manifest the results. What was wonderful is
that she totally saw it and knew exactly what she had to take from it.
This is the kind of stuff that is profound soul experience. Gloria

wise advice, so thanks. My husband thinks I'm deluded, tho in a
charming, harmless way. He's one of those super scientific, rational,

can't get much respect for my views..not that I ever expected any
agreement from him. But then, I have you guys here on the list. :)
Fortunately, have yet to have many wierd manifestations of K, so I keep

Not everyone is visual. Maybe you are oriented to touch and sound.

Hi, Gloria here.
The light comes in only after you are working in the third eye area
with energy coming in from the seventh chakra and heart center. This is
a more advanced stage of the process, but you should not be discouraged,
because every meditation is increasing the frequency of the body. As
your vibration is higher it is natural that kundalini as intelligence
will manifest according to where you are in the awakening cycle.
When you have the nice, beautiful feelings like you shared, you have
entered into the increased energies of the heart center.
Each chakra has a frequency, color and sound, one day you will find all
of this awareness coming to you. Remember life is the teacher and we
bloom where we are planted, so all is perfect. Hope this helps a tiny

Dear Sai Ram,
You are having a wonderful feeling when you think of God,
You scalp gets intense itching feeling...
You hear sounds like the dawn chorus
You get body sways
Great, so you are on the right track.
Do not be impatient, we are all different and we will experience things
differently. Do not even think of these things as "progress".
When God reveals Himself to you, there will be Infinite manifestations
and experiences and realisation - Infinite - never-ending - ever new.
What you are experiencing may take decades of severe austerities
by yogis in the Himalayan mountains. So probably you have already
done a lot of meditation in some past birth and are hence experiencing
a lot of these feelings within a year's meditation of an hour a day.....
Keep at it, but DO NOT get impatient. This itself could be acting
as a barrier to further experiences.
Just fasten your seat belts, relax and watch the Absolute unfold
before the Self............

I have just been to an introductory talk on kundalini in st.albans herts england but she has classes on tuesday and I can not make tuesdays till after the summer. Question is there a tutor who does a class in london NW3 or near a tube on days other than tuesday or wednesday?
