Harsha DEAR, your incorrigible, irresistible urge to indulge your wierd sense of humor is such a "Tragic Flaw" in an otherwise mostly harmless
being, that we can invoke the Rules of Great Literature to declare you a bonafide Tragic Hero Victim, more to be pitied than scorned. This surely
supersedes The Rules of Great Writing, which obviously do not apply to mere email, anyway. However, your Tone of Voice (another highly
problematic area of Literary Importance) seemed a teensy bit sarcastic, which does make me question the Sincerity of Your Repentance. OOPS!!
I sincerely started out to help, but such obvious failures just cannot be denied.

Your note reminded me that you had requested one of my poems (Song of my Heart-Harsha's Song) in a personal post. That song was inspired by a poem
Chitrabhanu Ji wrote in Gujrati in India back in the 1960s. It was called "Maitri Bhavnu." Chitrabhanu's Gujrati poem was recorded by Mukesh, a very
famous Indian recording vocal artist and is sung sometimes at Jain functions. Some years ago I was reading that poem in the original Gujrati
but was having a hard time understanding as my native tongue is Punjabi and Hindi. I kept trying, however, as the Indian languages have many common
words. Suddenly I understood the first stanza. It was so beautiful and filled with love and amity that I went into ecstacy. After that I thought
there should be poem capturing the same spirit in english and so I wrote the "Song of my Heart-Let this feeling never part!). Later when I spoke to
Chitrabhanu Ji, he recited to me the poem in the original Gujrati and explained the meaning. So I dedicated the Song that I wrote to him and sent
him a copy. He was very pleased as the Song is universal for all faiths and religions.. I found it on my disk again and will send it to the list again.

Hi Cara,
I don't know *anything* about astrology, in fact I sometimes irritate astronomers by calling them astrologers.. they're very touchy about
this. Go figure. :-)
But, if I may, can I recommend a wonderful book to you? It's by Richard Bach, entitled "The Bridge Across Forever." One of the
central themes is Richard's fear of closeness, constant need to get away for a while, and constant intellectualizing about life. He lived
in anguished loneliness until he met someone who finally got through to him.. and you sound very much like the lovely lady in the book who
finally taught him about love.
It's one of my all time favorite books in the world, and I recommend it to everyone.
Hope this helps. At least it will give you something fun to read
while this enforced absence is occurring.
Peace & Love, Bob

Sure, I'll share, if Harsha will. I was thinkin' that maybe I'd like
some of that banana bread too.

I'm laughing, I think Harsha's humor is alive and well.
but then I think sarcasism CAN be funny, and sometimes its even better than honesty! [makes ya think! puts a twist on things]
I have a brother who shares the same "type" of humor as he. So, they aren't stand up comedians -
in order to understand the humor ya gotta read between the lines. I can't hardly tell when my brother is teasing or being funny even when
I'm in the same room with him - and I've known the boy my whole life. Is it his lack? or mine?
Different strokes for differnt folks. at least Harsha has the "compassion" to tell us when he is being funny.
I'll take him at his word. freda

Dear Sharon,
I often wonder how feeling gets transmitted through writing. Harsha throws out words of emotion where the inflections of speech are unheard. Somehow to me it
is comforting. Its a personal style like the exuberant parenthesis of Danijal Sensei. Have you considered your reaction to this?
God Bless, Dirk

This sounds like more than a Mars transit. Remember, Mars is going to hit that house about once every two years. Sometimes people like to blame
relationship problems on the stars, when in fact it's something else. Maybe there's a basic incompatibility that has little to do with transits. Or
maybe it's even a blessing in disguise--you know, Jupiter is also transiting Pisces now.
Then again, maybe it's neither of these, but just a sort of turning
point--do you continue as a couple, or do you move on? Frankly, I'd take a look at your own chart, since you seem to be more affected by all this than
he, or so it appears from where I sit.
When it comes to relationships, I look at it this way. If we stay together, that's nice; there must be some reason, some purpose why we're here and
working together. If we split up, it might be painful, but again, there must be some reason why we're no longer working well together. Maybe its
another spiritual growth spurt. Maybe we each need to work alone for a time, and discover our own voice. Trust that all will ultimately work out
for the best good for both of you, no matter how things turn out.

Yikes!!! Maybe, maybe..this that and the other?? Just trust, no matter what??? Jeanne, however right you may be by guessing maybe, this Cara is
still left with NO answer..but to trust whatever happens is for the best?? Hmmm??
Since when is an "astrologically-related problem" - whatever it MAY actually *BE*....since when is it allowed to become..
an all-purpose excuse for acting pissy and telling the woman you claim to love to just leave you alone while you figure out if MAYBE you may
have a future??? Meanwhile, SHE can have an anxiety attack while waiting to find out what happens, because its HER problem she lacks TRUST??
Trust in what? Fate?? The stars?? BUT Wait, MAYBE the stars ARE CAUSING this problem ???
Que sera, sera...the future's not ours to see..catchy tune, isn't it??
MAY_ BE ignorance truly is bliss.. Maybe I should be glad I do not know anything about astrolgy....
Oh well, never mind me, sorry I ask so many questions.. Please do not bother yourself to answer them..que sera, sera..
Taking a nap, wake me when its over..

This post is directed to partners of those going through a Kundalini
awakening. My husband Mark has been going through physical symptoms of K for about 6 months. He is experiencing energy flowing throughout his
body and it is manifesting in yogic gestures. He is in contact with a guide to help him through this. For a while, he hid these things from
me as he was afraid I would think he was crazy. He was terrified to tell me and show me but, eventually, he couldn't keep it from me. I didnt
know what to think at first but one thing I knew was that he was very sane. I have tried to be open-minded but truthfully I am having a
difficult time with this whole thing. I don't experience anything of the kind nor have I ever seen this before.
I love my husband very much and would like to be supportive but it is very difficult sometimes.
I would very much appreciate hearing from anyone with any experience of this kind. I think it would help me very much to share with others who
are "unawakened" and living with an "enlightened" one. I feel it would help me with this queasiness and fear over the whole thing and would
hopefully help me to be more supportive. Thank you, Geryl.

What I said stands: Mars' orbit takes it around the solar system once every two earth-years. That's simple astronomy, learned by most kids in grade
school. If a Mars transit of this house caused so much trouble each and every transit, every relationship in the world would be on the rocks once
every two years. The other answer came from experience. Been there, done that, used the teeshirt to clean up the cat's mess. The breakup was a
blessing, even if it didn't seem so at the time. A person has a choice: to fall apart and let someone else be responsible for their happiness or lack
of it, or to take their lives into their own hands, to learn from it and go on to something better. I chose door number 2, but Cara will make her own
choices.
>Since when is an "astrologically-related problem" - whatever it MAY >actually *BE*....since when is it allowed to become..

Believe it or not, jerks will be jerks even without any celestial prompting. Yes, some people use the stars as an excuse, and some also like to use
astrology as a catch-all in the blame game. I call them astro-chondriacs.
This lady was talking about a transit chart. A transit chart cannot give you definite answers to a particular question. It can only display the
TREND, and that, Gloria, must be combined with a very powerful influence: FREE WILL, something we all have. No one has to hurt someone else just
because there's a certain astrological aspect going on.
Moreover, even with a transit chart, someone saying that Mars is transiting the 7th house is pretty sparse information. Even to judge the trends well,
one would need to look at the whole chart. With a relationship, it would be best to examine both charts. No, I'm not asking for Cara to send this data:
to do such work is time consuming, and that's something in short supply around here. I answered her GENERAL question in a GENERAL way--a 7th House
Mars transit might not be at the root of her problem.
>to find out what happens, because its HER problem she lacks TRUST?? >Trust in what? Fate?? The stars?? BUT Wait, MAYBE the stars ARE CAUSING

Maybe you should ask more of them. Might clear up your confusion about what a transit chart is--and isn't. If you want Tarot-card kinds of answers,
there's a branch of astrology that can be highly accurate, usually is, in fact, but a transit chart can't do that.
