Dear Victor: All of the symptoms you have mentioned, I personally have
experienced. They are classic kundalini symptoms. The only things I
have found that help are more meditation and light to moderate physical
exercise. I also found that prolonged use of steriod medicines only
seemed to prolong my agony. Try to move the energy into and through
your heart centre. Love will find a way.

Peace

Self is total absence of any colour or light.Self is transparent
lide a glass. It reflects the colour of emotion lor ego without adding
anything of Its own.
Enjoy life Harsha, even this King of confusion. I have a friend
.His name is Kishan. We meet every morning and evening for two plus two
hours. All his thoughts and actions are similar to you. Whatever you
write or are going to write , I know through this Kishan friend of mine.
Fun is that we never agree and still are great buddies. My other friends
of this group can never understand this friendship and the process. We
have been together since last four years when I descended from Gangotri
(himalayas) after living in caves and wandering with saints and
collecting alms along with them to understand creation and God if any.

Hi M-A-S,

Appreciate your and others' comments about the bb. FYI: The Victim's
Assistance Fund is paying for the surgery, and I've decided to ask the boy's
father to pay for any add'l medical expenses. I spoke with the surgeon today
(a highly respected, very technically competent--and of course,
wealthy!--sports medicine orthopedic surgeon that V's Assist. approved). He
said, and he's the ONLY one who's ever said, that I don't need to have the bb
out, but of course he'll do it if I want.

I told him about my entire leg being numb, and he insisted that it was NOT
from the bb! (My family doctor said my lower back pain was probably due to my
contorting my body to avoid the small amount of pain I do have in my knee.)

Meantime, have scheduled an appt. w/a neurologist (since my ins. does cover
THAT), and will see where that leads me. My next step may be a chiropractor,
massage...and/or who knows what.

On a related (???) note, for 3 days have been doing the grounding work from
Mystress's website--and now have tingling toes in addition to the numbness;
however, can't say that's a BAD feeling! --Thx everyone--Michele

This article was written for the list but it brought back my old
memory of my Reaction and it is also a letter to you.
   .......I.......
Is "I"or "Me" an ego. then you are in for a surprise and hence
rightly confused.
Do you mean by this your physical body.
Or do you mean by this your thought process or your expression or
your ideas.
You have seven main bodies of thought inside you, going from
etherial to Atmic body. And all these seven bodies are rotating with time
as per the stars.
A point on the Outer etherial body controls your body actions
physically. Next moment this point changes so also the action on your
physical body.
A point on the Outer astral body controls your thought. And next
moment when this point changes then your thought changes.
Same way it happens in lower mental body, logic body, causal body,
Buddhic and Atmic body.
And each body which is rotating consists of kalapas (I have named
them k-1 to k-2 and so on to k-7).
Each rotation is in different direction and angle and is determind
by galaxical plane of the Universe.
Most of us in this time have strong K-3 bodies and development of
k-4 and k-5 is going on in some cases.
k-4 will have more influence on actions of a person than k-1 or
k-2 or k-3 if the density of kalapas is same in both bodies. But if k-4 is
not developed compared to k-3 or k-2 or k-1 , it will not be effective
without EFFORT.
So this "I" which is expression of one of the above bodies is
changing every moment. And even all these bodies are also changing with
experience of living.
This "I" is illusive and ever changing never repeating , very fleeting.

shahanshah
