He simplifies things your ex, the wave inside a
microwave oven and that inside a tv, are in no way the same. I would put my hand inside a tv running,
(except near a couple of small parts that are charged at 25,000 volt - yes the number is
correct). I would not put my hand inside a microwave oven running, oh boy, no way! Doctors
wont be able to do much for your hand then. What your ex is referring to, buy saying they run on
the same wavelength, refers to the production norms. The metallic case around electronic
component, TV, sound system, etc... are there for a very specific effect. There geometric size is
calculated so the waves inside the metallic box come out all in the same wavelength, for all
electrical appliance. The norm is made this way so waves do not interfere with radio, tv, cellular
phone waves etc... from a certain distance. The effect on human as been only studied to low level.
If the radio tunes well when the microwave is
working why should it affect human? Is the simplified philosophy behind those norms.

Interesting, i would be interested to now what
king of batteries, nickel, lithium? Did you try with different kind of batteries. The chemical
reaction in batteries is very close to a great percentage of the chemical reaction in the body.

Even in electrical engineering electric blanket and heating system in the bed have been classified
as hazardous for the bodie healt here in Canada. That is as far they wanted to go as to recognize
the negative effect of variations in electrical field to the body. I'm not saying electricity is
bad, but it's new and we are only discovering it's long term effect as we did for x-rays.
Hope this was of some use,

read at night after "lights out". I don't buy tht explanation, I think it was an emotional decision, not wanting to see too far ahead. My near
vision, without my glasses, took on a microscope quality. A few years ago I started doing self-hypnosis to improve my vision. I had
begun to notice an improvement, when I came across an article suggesting that old-age blindness will be epedemic among my generation, because of the
increased UV. I am a very visual person.. and I realized Goddess had foresight greater than mine, in creating my need for extended wear contact
lenses that screen out 90% of UV rays.. I adapted to them extraordinarily well.. I can wear disposable lenses for a month or three, without calcium
buildup. S'posed to change them weekly.

My Mom, and all my Aunties had these shrill german voices designed to carry across a farmyard. So the scolding itself... ow. At one point it
finally got so bad I could barely stand a whisper, but the specialist could find nothing.. "unidentified irritation" He gave me some oil drops to put
in them. It went away, but whether because of the drops, or my expression of intent in using them, I dunno.
I deliberately altered my own voice to be lower, smoky.. did not wish to become a shrill woman. Now I read on the list, suggestions to lower the
voice, to calm the thoughts.. very cool. >Blessings,

The physical explanation is ear bones vibrating from the energy.. Lee Sanella's "The Kundalini experience" goes into it in more detail. I think
of it as, information incoming: fax machine mode. Direct into the unconscious, to be converted to conscious thought later. Years ago, my
chiropractor said it was from nerve pressure in my neck. I did seem to come and go with movement, sometimes.. now I notice what thoughts make it kick in.
If it is a major irritation, have a chat with your K. and ask for mercy. Your experience is somewhat negotiable. Be careful of making "limiting
decisions": like with my contact lenses, Goddess has a big picture purpose you can't see from 3D.
The loophole phrases for safety in negotiation: "if it is in my highest good.. for the good of all and harm to none... Thy will, not mine.. or
something even better..." I have a lot of affirmations and processes that I have asked to happen in
my sleep, instead of during wakefullness. Consider that your hypersensitive hearing, may actually be a psychic
process. Clairaudience. You are applying logical explanation, and so your body obliges your beleifs. It may be that when you dump the logical idea
that you are hearing the stuff with your physical ears, the symptoms will subside, and your range of "hearing" will expand.
I hear the steaks on the BBQ calling, when they need to be turned over, sometimes I hear my email box calling me to come read the new mail.
Everything speaks to me, my crystals call me to meditate with them. I wear earplugs at concerts, I want to thave good hearing when I'm old,
too.. but I also listen to the music vibrating in the cells of my body. I hear it with my bones, with my skin, with my heart.

The "Death and Dying" course was under the auspices of the Michael Harner people. It was one of several available followups to the weekend
introductory shamanism workshop, which would be a prerequisite. They occur in various places around the country. A number of my family
members have taken one or more of these classes and we all have found them valuable. "D&D", oddly enough, was my favorite.

Ann,
Thanks for the link. I am curious as to whether you, or others on this list, have used any of the tools offered on Slim's site at
http://www.earthtransitions.com
I'd appreciate your sharing any "hands on" experience with these devices.
Thanks.

My name is Dan Oldham and I'm 42 years old and live in Cleveland Ohio. I started taking yoga about five months ago with classes once a week.
About a month ago while holding a forward bend position I felf my lower back pop and a jolt run up my spine. I never felt anything like this
before so I started to ask people what I did to my back. I was surpized to hear that I had a Kundalini. When I told my instructor, she gave me a
a big hug and said how happy she is for me. Since this time my back at this location continues to crack and the buring I feel is slowing
fading away. I am awake from this experience and looking to reach out to other people. I find this all very interesting for I am making
other changes in my life, to coincide with the destiny writing in the stars. I also have a web page at http://bear.ces.cwru.edu/oldham/ and

I'm sure this is true. Years ago I noticed an inner vibration and a feeling of disruption when I used an electric blanket. My solution was to turn on the blanket for 15 minutes or so before I went to bed, and then shut it off before I got under it.

Dessert? I was talking mostly about what we do in the beginning at the first meeting of a new group - I thought that was what you asked about.
That's not dessert - that's just the beginning. >
>In the Buddhist practices I know, one develops wisdom or compassion and then >slowly over time, the more incredible experiences may begin to happen.

Well, how would you give people wisdom and compassion? Just say, "You need
to be wise and compassionate"? These are actual energies, and that's what I deal with. I teach a technique that enables people to get in touch with
higher energies, to bring them down and begin to embody them. >
>I guess underlying that question is: What is the goal of your practice?
The ultimate goal of all yogas is reunion with the Self (Shiva, the Godhead, the Absolute, the Unmanifest, etc.) Some teachers aim only for
that and are not interested in anything else. But people come to meditation class for various reasons, with various goals of their own. I
don't turn anyone away - well, unless all they want is to have intellectual discussions or to dominate the class for their own reasons.
I've had people come just to learn physical relaxation. Others come
because they have problems with being too emotional and they're looking for some relief. When they get what they came for, they may stop coming. But
one day in the future, they'll want more, and then they'll have some knowledge of how to go after it.
The yoga I teach has three steps to the Self, but the first may take a lot
of time and work. The goal of the first step is to be able to easily put the body to sleep while maintaining the clear conscious focus and to become
adept at moving among the planes and working with energies.
In the process, personality integration should be completed, if it isn't already; emotional people will become more mental, intellectual people will
gain more facility with the emotions, and splits between lower vehicles (body, emotions, intellect) will be healed. The person will become much
more intuitive as it becomes easier to reach to the intuitive plane. He will become aware of the guide(s) on the other side and establish
communication. He will become centered in the Soul rather than the personality, but this is often a hard battle to fight. He will probably
find himself with some psychic gifts (lower siddhas), then lose them, and then find them again at higher levels (higher siddhas). And yes, he will
become more compassionate and wise as he becomes a channel for those energies.
But this is speaking generally, and people are different - they don't all
develop in exactly the same way. Some may leap up to higher levels while they still have a lot of work to do on lower levels, like the woman I
mentioned before who at her first class went into a space of great bliss.
And if some technique from another yoga is useful, I'll bring it in. If someone needs a hatha yoga position, that's what he gets and maybe we'll
all try it - though I'm no hatha yogini. Lynea's methods are very good for personality work.
As I've said, I don't encourage overt manifestations of kundalini and I
don't teach kundalini development - in fact, I try to protect students against overt manifestations. So this may not be the path for people on
this list; I'm just explaining what I do because you were interested and asked. I may add kundalini work in the future, but it's still so new to me
that I'm not ready to think about that. I want to learn as much as I can about it before I find myself guiding anyone else!

This is very new to me - I saw them for the first time at the workshop. But Christann and the people she works with have lots of "hands on"
experience.
Lynea and I think we can work with just the pattern of the devices, but can we hold it clearly enough? I don't know yet - maybe we need the actual
devices.
