Do you agree with Gopi's point on the evolution of kundalini as being a
key factor for this time? This has been Gene's focus for so many years.

Valid teachers are certainly necessary and an asset to the seeker for
sure, I don't believe Gopi would disagree with this, perhaps he focused
to much on those who were not selfless in their efforts.

I have been experiencing heat disgarges from my body only from practicing pranyam and a few other excercises. I was wondering how to control this or who I could talk to about sensations, how to see auras or if there is anyone still at this resource center. thank you, Daniel

Actually it has been a very healthy conversation, perhaps a little deep
for some and maybe because of it, it was hard to get into and talk
about, but still these things need to be brought to the surface and
allowed to move through the Holy Spirit.

wow, I thought I was busy, you must be online all the time. I have
mastered the art of scanning through very quickly also. Tonight I had
about 150 in my box. And, I do really move along with it. As far as the
communication goes, it is very difficult to control what is coming down
if you are truly spontaneous and working from spirit, that is the real
purpose of this list.

Does anyone know if this restlessness is another sympton of K
awakening? I too have experienced this restlessness...and it has
gotten stronger in the past few months...i have always had a bit of
restlessness in my life..and mostly during periods of tremendous
growth for me...so i am curious to know if this present restlessness
is indeed K awakening more and more within me...any comments???

Hi all,

My reactions to weather have always been extreme. Days where there are
clouds covering the sky make me feel awful. Worse if they are mainly
dark or black clouds. Blue skies just make me feel wonderful.

I found a great book "Your Health Your Moods and the Weather"
by WS Kals. He explains that when there are an excess of positive ions
in the atmosphere (such as on cloudy days) that the inhalation of these
high levels of positive ions increases serotonin production.

My partner loves the cloudy days that make me feel miserable. My theory
is that someone like me produces large amounts of serotonin normally
and feel discomfort when this is increased by positive ions. Neil
may be normally a low producer of serotonin and so thrives when the
production is "upped" by the weather.

Another interesting observation is the structural similarities between
serotonin and LSD. This may be a clue to the correlation between
experiencing mystical phenomena with LSD and without a physical
stimulant.

For the people that don't see any reason to pursue a scientific
validation of Kundalini (and I accept their point of view) I think one
day science will discover the physical truth of her existance. We know
so little scientifically about the human body that the explosion of the
mystic will probably drag science kicking and screaming into its new
reality.

Hi Paul: ..
>>> This past weekend I ran across a photo of Swami Muktananda and
was compelled >to look into his eyes. I looked at the photo for about two
minutes and then >went into a meditative state.

Dear Paul: This kind of thing happens to many people with Muktananda and
his Guru Bhagvan Nityananda ofwhom it is very difficult to speak. I
remember looking at Muktananda's photo before I met him and feeling this
wonderful humanity as if he were alive, but his teeth looked
so gleaming, white and totally wrong to me.
Later I found out they were false teeth that his disciples insisted he
wear because he had lost his own rather buck teeth many years before! It
just convinced me that the energy of his being was really coming through
even the photo. My skeptical friends from England thought my
"guru-business" was all a joke until one day they saw Muktananda's photo
winking at them.. this was a common event by the way. One day I had to
sort out photos of Muktananda and Bhagwan and Gurumayi and after only an
hour I had to stop for I was too rapturous to speak or think.... and I
stayed that way for some time!
One hears stories of idol worship etc.. but I know that a photograph is a
powerful thing when the picture is of a great being like this.
Aloha.. and Seasons Greetings to everyone.. from Hawaii where it is sunny
and 85*F !

Lorianna-
I too am experiencing a great restlessness. As I have just begun my
awakening a few months ago I too wondered if this was a symptom. I have
asked a dear friend of mine who is fully awakened now and she assures me
it will pass. ;-) The best piece of advice I have recieved was too
just go with whatever emotion you feel and let it release....trying not
to question the basis of it. For it might be from another life lived
before this one. I was told that the cleansing process would bring up
many emotions i might not understand but that needed to be released. I
hope this helps ;-)

Blessed Be-

I think Paul said: >>My father was a Mason. I sometimes wonder if it has
cursed me in some way.
>>
I think that is very sensitive of you. There have been some indications in
various texts I have read that the Masons and other secret male societies
have engaged in practices which deprive full human rights to others.
I think at one end of this is "black magic," and "slavery" to the other
end of controlling markets and economic coercion perhaps. I believe that
David Icke puts our George Washington in a very unsavory light on this.

I would postulate wishfully that these male dominated
groups are going to have to clear off our planet.. .and move over, for the
Goddess is back... and she doesn't like secrecy and domination! I am sure
there is a nice little 3D planet for them to play their gang games on..
but not Gaia...she's had it with little boy's imaginings.

First, go out and buy the CD: Dorje Ling by David Parsons.
Then play it as an accompaniment to reading the following
while allowing its depth and musical landscapes with Tibetan
chanting to transport you to a now place. Brian Eno with
a Tibetan, wonderfully intese twist.

I was in the meditation room, bringing some things into the house,
and one of the three crystal bells, given to me by a
multi-dimensional healer, *let it be known* that it was coming in
the house with me. I had no idea why.

Some radical process is moving through me and guiding me in the use
of my subtle body by attuning me to feeling the energies in things
or in spaces by using the ringing of the bell to communicate with me.
Through the ringing of the bell I am seeing/sensing/feeling the energy
of objects and particularly with the older stuff seeing
memories/karma/vibes/what-have-you's some of which I'm
ready to release from my life.

The bell is a tool I've been provided with for increasing the vibration
in my living area. It guides me with its ringing to where the energy flow
is slow or needs a shift. The bell speaks with the voice of shakti.

It is like I am purifying and simplifying my space in preparation
for some major coming attraction. My home, my body, my life

The last 3 nights I've totally rearranged my living area,
gotten rid of old *stuff* a thorough cleansing is commencing...
even to the point of not wanting (or needing) to hold onto so
many books and choosing to get rid of many of them.

Hello Lynn, i have been a sanyasin of Bhagwan since 1980. I wonder,
btw, are there more on this list? I guess i still love the guy... he
put my feet back on the ground again. I got the 'mini kundalini blues'
after he was gone, it felt in the beginning as receiving shaktipat
from him. Still wished he was around. Contact me if you want to know
more, or specific. Frans.

There is a farm I pass on my way to and from work that is always quite
elaborately decorated for Christmas with lights and little vignettes and
scenes. They have a driveway that curves back behind their house and
passersby are invited to drive through and look at everything. At one point
there is a little table set up with candlelights and cups and a sign that
says "Have a Christmas Toast on Us." There is also a little lighted church.

Anyhow, when you leave, a sign says "Happy Holidays from the ------
family." It has been two and a half years since I have been meaning to
drive through there and I finally did it Wednesday night. I am determined
to tell the next person I talk to with that family name what a cool thing
they have done. So Thursday someone shows up at my office door and says
"Hi, I'm Mrs. ------."

Don't you just love when that happens?

Happy Holidays!

Dear Frans,
I knew you would respond to Lynn's question. My heart always goes out
to the true seekers. You know it Fran but I will still say it. What is
Real is always Real and never leaves. There is no "Other" place to go.
With great love in my heart, may you be blessed with peace and joy and
give that to others.

How many women would emerge as great geniuses if they had wives to feed them

Does anyone know if this restlessness is another sympton of K

growth for me...so i am curious to know if this present restlessness
is indeed K awakening more and more within me...any comments???

Mmmn. kinda like restlessness. more like looking into deep opaque lake
water, and knowing there is something huge swimming underneath the
surface.... but being unable to see it or know when it will brush against
the surface again. Makes me feel twictchy, restless.

I personally fall into the "casual" housekeeping group myself; however,
I have known a few people on the spiritual path who are quite the
"neatniks." The issue with them seems to be that they have trouble
disassociating their thoughts from their environment. A cluttered
environment seems to spawn a cluttered mind, preventing them from
thinking or listening well. The only thing a cluttered environment
spawns in me is frustration when I forget which pile the paper I'm
looking for is in :-).

I have never believed that age has anything to do with "awakening." I
know some 5-10 yr olds in my area who are so enlightened, so aware of
what is going on in the world...and yet, they are so young i sometimes
ask myself how it is possible for them to be aware. I saw a 6 yr old
the other day out picking up trash in the neighborhood. I thought at
first that maybe he had done something wrong and this was a form of
discipline his parents used, but i was soooo wrong. I asked him if he
needed some help..and he if he was enjoying what he was doing...his
reply was..oh yes...he was thoroughly enjoying himself...and that if i
wanted to help mother earth breath better, then grab a bag and come
on. I could hardly believe the words out of his mouth....help mother
earth breath better....where does a 6 yr old get such a
notion....parents who are aware..or was he aware himself. As i worked
beside him for many hours, i could tell it was HE who was aware as
much as perhaps his parents. He was utterly disgusted at the things
we were picking up,talked about how lazy the world had gotten, and
expressed his desires to me of being an ecologist some day...and he is
only 6!!!

Those few hours spent in that child's company helped me a lot...made
me more aware myself...

Just to add my two cents worth on being able to SEE awareness in
people, i had an enlightening experience a few months ago. I was
sitting outside in front of one of the buildings where i attend
college, and i saw this girl approaching me. All of a sudden, i could
see this hallo affect around her...bright light that consumed her
entire body. What i gathered from this light was that she was aware
of the goddess within her. So i began looking at other people as they
approached me...some had as bright a light as her, some had a dim
light, and some had no light at all. But after a while, i began to be
able to tell if this phenomenon was within or not with these people
without even seeing a light...and i could even see and feel these
things with the few men on campus..they had the God within them. I
use God and Goddess as a gender seperation for my own personal
benifit, but i could tell that the ONE was at work here, regardless of
the persons spiritual or religious path. It was trully an awesome
experience for me and i just wanted to share this with everyone.

Love and Light...

bring this earth into a new dimension.

Lorianna was talking about seeing awareness in people as a bright halo
effect. It has always seemed to me when looking at auras that they
brighten as that person connects with who they are inside, so to speak.
Even when my own awareness is low and auras are mostly invisible, I can
easily see my pastor's when he preaches; my wife's when she's enjoying a
carefree time with our children; several fellow choir members' when they
sing; my own when I meditate. Has anyone else noticed a similar trend?
(or, for that matter, a contradictory trend?)
