In case anyone is wondering why
I seemed to vanish suddenly..
my server had a massive hard drive crash on the weekend
that still has not been fixed.. the K-list server is okay,
but I have had to come down here to my isp office and borrow
a computer for a moment, just to check the mail and see if any fires needed
putting out and to send this news flash..
Anyone who requires List Mystress assistance please be patient, if your
mail is not reaching the list mysteriously, please ask volunteer deputy list
Mistress Ori to post them to the list for you. <oriATnospameskimo.com>
PS To Peg: yup, pondered that myself for a few years..
It is a paradox.. and the insight I finally came to this weekend is that
both things are true, because of the amazing miraculous creative power of
an I AM statement repeated over and over resonating backwards and forwards
in time from the present moment. There is only ever the present moment..
and a cosmic promise that all prayers are answered, and what we hold true
about ourselves in belief comes true in our lives.. and I still try to
fathom the details, but it's so huge and ecstatic.. such is our power to
create.. WOW!!
Conversations with God book 2 helped..

Still a bit wobbly, but this morning I am able to wear my corrective glasses
without further distorting my vision and sense of disorientation; so I am
claiming recovery. Just when I believed myself to no longer being such a
needy woman, I am proven wrong by understanding just how disconnected I can
be and how each of your posts is helping me heal. Can I sense your
compassion over the net? Yes. Am I putting into action your suggestions?
Some now. Others later. Each post I received seemed to be exactly what I
needed. Ahhh, to be bathed in exactly what I need. Bring on the dizziness,
pain or whatever. Forever being shown the flip side of what I think I

Hi Hanny,
I'm so sorry to hear about your dizziness. It's so overwhelming.. 36
hours? ack..
How did you manage without going crazy?
I started to get the dizzies about 3 years ago. I would hear a loud
'snap' in my head, usually happening just before I was totally awake.
Then I'd feel my world starting to spin and when I tried to open my eyes
my room was visually spining. All I could do was tell my sons what was
happening, they'd get me the bucket and I'd lay there throwing up all
day. An attack lasted for about 6 hours at a time. I was told it was my
inner ear and to take Gravol. Now they say that it was caused because I
was developing migraines.
Sometimes I think doctors just give you the best guess that they have:)
My spells are over too. I get very high pitched sounds, varying a bit..
almost like when you hear modem noise over the phone line... but in very
very high frequencies.
Sometimes at night when the apt. is quiet after a busy day.. my ears
roar. The more quiet it is the louder they roar, sometimes I have to
cover my ears to tone it down.
Here's a question, Hanny do you channel or are you in concious contact
with your guides?
and here's why I am asking...
All of this happened to me before I started to channel and I wonder if
the noise could be higher level entities trying to communicate with us.
I can remember having dreams where Rama and Elohim (my spirit helpers)
were telling me things, teaching me and I was answering them.. as I
started to wake up from the dream in which the conversation was low and
comfortable, it quickly changed over the the high pitched ringing sounds
and I could no longer understand...
