There is that "should" word again... Most of the universe is still not
understood by Me.. this shall always be so: the universe is a very big
place, even if it is somehow all inside of me.. I don't yet understand how
that works, either, but it seems a more interesting course of study at the
moment than learning portugese.. my various attempts to learn to speak
other languages have been unsuccessful.
There is not time in my life to explore everything I do not understand, I
am selective, and seek more understanding in the areas that interest me.
In any case, it is clear that I was not understood, e'en tho I spoke
english..
So I shall elaborate on the being that is List Mystress:
I downloaded 45 messages at 10:30 this morning, that's how many had
accumulated since 3 am when I went offline to sleep.
27 of those 45 messages were "list computer farts", useless messages fron
the K. list computer telling me so and so didn't get the post coz of some
problem with their server or mailbox. 25 of the 27 were from the same
person.. (oddly, another portugese sounding name.. trying to tell me
something, Goddess?) I glanced at a few of them, then deleted the works,
nothing else for me to do.. the computer unsubs closed mailboxes after a
certain number of bounces automatically.
I could unsub those names right away and stop the flow of "computer
farts", but folks find being unsubbed by me unexpectedly to be upsetting,
and unsubbing folks is a time consuming procedure involving switching to
another, more primitive mail program and messing with passwords and
x-headers... so I leave it alone. No point in sending the mailbox in
question a message, coz that wouldn't get through either.
A chunk of the remainder was the regular k-list mail. And two copies of
the Digest. Yes, I have 3 subscriptions to K.list... it is a List Mystress
necessity, partly because of the way my personal mailbox is set up with 2
addresses, the alias I use and my domain mailbox address.. partly coz
Kunalini-l-ownerATnospam gets the digest version automatically. 3 addresses, 3
subscriptions.
Some posts I will get 4 times.. the ones that arrive with "not on the
accept list" in the header, that I redirect back to the list. Some are from
members who the computer is ignoring for some reason.. ( usually a similar
reason to why I need have 2 subscriptions.)
Some is from the Kundalini resource center.. a tiny percentage is spam and
doesn't get redirected. I protect y'all from the spammers.. it is a closed
list.
If I count the computer farts, which often include the text of the
bounced post, I get each post 5 to 12 times.. especially on a long weekend
with mailboxes overflowing everywhere.. but I don't usually read them
anymore.
None of this is a complaint, I have no problems with what I have taken
on, and do it willingly.. just information: I have a pentium 120 with 36mg
of RAM, a fast modem, and I am my ISP"S biggest client.. I offer this
information to demonstrate how utterly unimportant a few stray posts in a
foreign language are to me, personally.
I have huge email archives, most of the last year's k-list mail on file
in my harddrive. (and copies archived on zip-disk)
If I had not adequate resources to do the job, I'd not have become List
Mystress.
However, I am regularly made aware that others on K.list are not blessed
with such abundant technology. They struggle to keep up with K. list coz it
is a lifeline to them.
So, if I seem to be a bandwidth demon sometimes, it is not for myself: it
is for the listmembers who are bitching at me. The needs of the many.. I
lost count of the number of posts from Otavio I deleted.. It was not
important to me... I didn't unsub him till I got some complaints, and had
inquired to Otavio by email as to the reason for the onslaught, without
response.

What I get from this is something about an escaped cow, some embroidery
and offeriings of tea of the Jedi from Star wars, in a nice pottery teapot..
I think that the Dalai Lama would agree that reading faces that are
speaking another language, and interpreting text of another language, are
very different..

Welcome, Enid. Many of us had transcendent experiences or unusual
abilities as children that went through a period of dormancy till
middle age. What this Divine energy seems to love doing is to shatter
all our pitiful attempts to categorize our earthly experience! I am
Jewish as well but my awakening included, not only "information," but
spontaneous movements and body positions called "mudras," a Hindu
concept I didn't learn about till over a year later when I joined this
list. Also a period of intense sexuality. Then anger. None of this

I am one of those who must pay for my email pickup. Can get very
expenensive in a cybercafe.
This is what happens. I automatically delete those messages that I
know will be in foreign languages or written in forms of prose that
are mutations of cyberspeak and english. My loss I am sure. Finances
in that situation must come before culture or enlightenment.
Its just the way it is.

It seems my soul has merged back into the oversoul, heavenly father,

According to the alice bailey system, it seems I am moving from the
fourth initiation to the fifth intitiation. I have one foot in the
buddhic plane and one foot in the atmic plane.
Oh great, so now what?

I'm very new here and I wanted to let the list know I was *on* and how I
got here...a synchronicistic soul from a Reiki mailing list mentioned a
Kundalini web site which I visited and saw this list to subscribe to and
voila! here I am! <smirk> A little about me (and I look forward to being a
contributor to the list).
1. Name
** My name is Kimberly Stacey Major. Online, I have a few nicknames. One
is Kimmers and I've also been tagged with "Otter" by someone's observation
of my Native American *energy.* Offline, I am simply known as "Kim." Feel
free to use any of these monikers, OK? :-)
2. Age
**I am 34....and one half! :-)
3. When did you first become aware of kundalini in your life?
**I think Kundalini has been flowing through me since I was a teenager but
I suppressed it because I was afraid. It really seems to be heightened
(the symptoms, I mean) since my Reiki I attunement 2 months ago. Anyone
else have a similar experience?
4. How long ago was this?
** See above explanation.
5. What are some of the things you have noticed?
**Some symptoms that I have noticed is a type of *buzzing* and intense
bursts of energy emitting from my solar plexus at random times, often in
public, driving into work, etc. These are not painful but almost euphoric
in experience. Puzzling though, I must admit.
6. What has changed/is changing in your life?
**I know that I am going through a rebirth....it was sparked by my decision
to get a divorce when I turned 30 and I have been going uphill since then!
7. Do you have any particular practices that you have found helpful?
**I started meditating about one month ago in the mornings. I notice that
this helps me in my connection to Reiki as well as maintain clarity with
the psychic part of me. I am curious though about anyone on this list who
feels the kundalini but is NOT feeling psychic per se....anyone?
8. Are you involved in any service to others?
**I do public relations and marketing here in San Diego, California and
work for a credit union. A lot of my job seems like I do volunteer work I
love and happen to get paid for! Wonderful, huh? In addition to that, I
do help/assist/guide others through my clairvoyance....it is a sort of
service for me and I enjoy helping others, that just is my nature.
9. What are you hoping to get out of this list?
** I hope to learn more about kundalini and connecting with like-minded
souls who are on my same path. We all encounter each other for a reason.

I do the reactionary (conscious of it, so maybe I am modulating, or was too

What effects does menopause have on the kundalini? Does anyone know of
alternative hormone replacements? I have tried taking Premarin for about
1 year but did not feel like my pre-hysterectomy self.

My anger seems often over-dimensioned, stronger as it should be, or anger
without any apparent motive. A kind of residual anger of former
experiences?.
When I let go (a little of) my anger, it provokes often that the other
gets more angry than I and he/she uses this anger-strength to overcome
me. Is it because I am not properly grounded and my opponent/partner in
anger feels that he/she can overpower me?
Or is my anger at such a moments coming from my ego that sees some of
his selfish ideas blocked ?
When is my anger legitimate and when not ? How do I discriminate between
them ?.

A nice idea that partnership with K. I´ll try it out if it also works for
me.

First, Jesus Christ was never about religion. And he, like you, was also
Jewish. It doesn't surprise me that you could have been blessed by Christ.
Perhaps you have been chosen by Christ to share something with the world.
You as a non-Christian wouldn't have preconceived notions about Jesus and
would be clearer at reflecting his truth. (Just a thought)
I discovered a book yesterday that might interest you. Called "The
Messangers," the story tells of a non-religious business man who begins
receiving messages from angels. He discoveres that he was St. Paul during
Biblical times. This leads him to past life regression sessions. The truth
he shares differs from popular Christian views.

the accept list, so your posts come to me as possible spam, instead of

As for not understanding Christ and the roses, perhaps it would help if you
looked at this as, Jesus was the man, Christ is the path. No matter what
religion you practice, even if you practice none, if the time for your soul
to be touched by Ruach Ha Kodesh, Shakti, Holy Spirit or Kundalini, is
now... so be it. There are the Saints in India whom omit a floral fragrance,
and they are neither Christians, Jews, or Moslems - but Buddhists.
You have so many gifts, use them wisely. Could it be that you have earned
most of this in a past life or that you were born with these gifts because
Ruach Ha Kodesh was activated within another lifetime? You've lived so many
lifetimes, and there's a very good chance that you've practiced other
religions as well... and maybe some lifetimes with no religion.
So what transpired for the ten minute time frame is between you and Creator.
Instead of wondering why, try why not. I ask neither for you to believe or
not to believe what I have written, take that which feels right to you and
throw the rest to the winds.
Holly makes a valid point, as does Barbara Whitfield in 'Spiritual
Awakenings'... Relax Enid, you are loved and blessed.

with the STIGMATA and ROSES which are equated with Christ. Why should this

The smells happen quite often with K. It is as if the senses are being
purified. It goes along with the body movements, the visions, the sounds
you might hear.. all of it is being purified... the subtle channels are
being cleaned out. I had an incident I write about in my book where I
gave birth to myself... and I smelled the b.m. smell of a baby.. it is
quite distinctive...afte I had given birth to myself as both baby and
mother. My husband came into the room and he smelled it too...so I knew
it was not something I invented. Sometimes when a great being comes to
visit you there will be an odor of their favorite oils or something. It is
as if the physical and the subtle have an opening...like a view into the
higher realms through the senses.
Is it God? Ofcourse, what is not God. But do not get awed by this feeling
of a great presence. The whole point of the K. awakening is to know that
GOD is in you.. and these manifestations are a way of making your
conscious mind accept it.
