Hi, I'm Gloria. The out of body experience is as natural as dreaming,
the only difference is in a dream you wake up out and active in your
creation. In the out of body you experience the separation and it is
more clear and concise then a dream. I call it a consciousness
experience. I've had this all of my life, as a child most everybody has
consciousness of flying, it is lost the more restricted one becomes to
the third dimension mind set.
If you are having this clear separation your soul/spirit is
communicating to the conscious mind, this is the beginning self
remembering and is really a mile stone on the journey. Now, how to look
at it. You do this every night in sleep without your consciousness in
full gear, that is all. So, if you clearly flew up out of your bed
through the roof and out into the world you see that you are not a body.
You are more, and now you can identify the fact that you are not your
mind, which is another big break through. Then you can get down to what
you are....isn't that what you want to know. Gloria

I have been experimenting with focusing & doing the "Breath of Fire" to
increase my energy, spiritual and sexual. I have experienced near bliss
with the energy moving from the pelvic area to my feet, then up to
my head. I would love to learn about other novice's experiences. I have
practiced various breathing techniques for years.

get pretty complicated with so much personal karma flying around
be careful how you manifest this energy in public

I had a little truth shown to me about myself and why I still have
unceartanties.
I came to realize that I had given up searching to soon.
A lot of "I'm not sure about this" still exists inside of me.
What I realized was that when I have finally searched out all of these
unceartatnies and either proved or unproved them to myself, then I can say
(pointing to my heart, inside and outside) this is where the truth is, no
other possibilities exist for me. And things will open up.
Even in this theory I am searching hoping it will lead me to my higher self.
Hoping that the moment I try to travel in will open it's doors to me and
show me the true light that teaches and loves.
I know how easy it is supposed to be. But the ego and mind sometimes have
strands that are made of iron. The trick is to not use force to break that
iron and this is something I often have a difficult time in remembering.

The Dream with Art
The Art can change your soul.
Like right and wrong, like mind and empty, like ying and yang the Art can
have all opositing in colors and beauty.
The dream can talk to me how I make my work. Visions and my self experience
with dharma and my journey.
So dificult make composition to give everything we can transfer to other.
The magic of the Art... How can I thanks to Him.
We have so little time to explore this. Don't have afraid to suffer in
this way my friend because you are always protect with your expression.

I appreciated this very much, John. I've just had the opportunity to
reconnect with two separate friends, each of whom I had not seen in 30
years. This was a tremendous lesson in the fragility of memory and
perception. The most difficult task K asks of me is to live in a state
of "unknowing." My mind's need to be certain continually hardens and
deadens my world and then I can no longer see what might really be
around me. When my mind gets certain in a negative way, the heightened
energies of K exaggerates the despair and paranoia. I get literally and
miserably block-headed. Sometimes it seems "forceful" events are the
only way to get through to me! Holly
