<P><FONT SIZE="+1"> </FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Newton's 3rd Law of Motion states that for every
action there is an equal but opposing reaction.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">This is one of the great maxims of the physical
universe: effort will always meet with and be stymied by
counter-effort (Force = Counter Force).</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Newton's 3rd Law is an observable truth.</FONT>
</P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Newton's 1st Law of Motion states that an object
will remain in motion at a constant velocity unless a force is
applied to it, or will remain at rest (the condition of 0 velocity)
unless influenced otherwise.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">This is known as the Law of Inertia (qv).</FONT>
</P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Galileo had previously done a philisophical mind
experiment on the same subject.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Galileo postulated that given a stone and a board
of infinite length he could give the stone a push and that stone
would travel a given distance.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">If the stone was then polished and the plank
smoothed the same push would drive the stone further along the board
and with a series of smoother stones and planks, in theory, the stone
would go on forever (Newton's 1st Law of Motion).</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">This provides a formula wherein the distance
varies while the mass and force remain constant.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Repeating the mind experiment but varying the
force with mass and distance held constant (assuming a board of ten
feet and the use of Galileo's stone) provides an interesting
comparison in logic.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">At first, the mass is given exactly enough push to
make it travel ten feet, neither more nor less.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Given the same polishing as in the previous
experiment, it will now require less force for the stone to arrive at
its destination ten feet away.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Thus, if the same line of logic is used as in the
previous mind experiment, a series of smoother boards and stones must
culminate in the physical universe impossibility of the stone
traveling the total distance with no push and in no time.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">There does not exist a laboratory in which to test
Newton's 1st Law of Motion.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">There is no place free of the effects of gravity,
radiation, and forces of all kinds.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">The stone will undergo a negative acceleration
from the moment of impulse until it stops no matter how shallow the
acceleration curve may be.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Newton's 1st Law requires a linear or single mass
universe and nothing else.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">The moment of introduction of physical elements to
such a universe will cause an entirely different set of reactions
which will be found to be in complete accord with Newton's 3rd law of
motion.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">The conditions of no-motion to motion and the
reverse conditions of motion to no- motion alike require moments of
absolute acceleration.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">It is not necessarily accurate to suppose that a
set of conditions and effects present during a state of existance,
change, motion etc. can be extrapolated along a given line in order
to declare a surmised but unobserved set of conditions during states
of non- existance, no change or lack of motion etc.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">A mass traveling at a constant velocity relative
to its source or receipt point is undergoing an acceleration curve
which may be either positive or negative relative to the point from
which the measurement or observation of the motion is made.</FONT>
</P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Let "A" be the point of origin and let "B" be a
point somewhere distant from "A" between and along which line mass
"X" is traveling at a constant velocity relative to those points. Let
"C" be a point (not on line AB for the sake of simplicity) from which
the motion of X can be experienced. </FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">It does not matter where point C is as there are
an infinity of C's from which the effect can be observed.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2"> </FONT></P>

<P><CENTER><FONT SIZE="+2">.C"</FONT></CENTER></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2"> </FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Depending upon the relative position of C to X
(traveling along vector AB), X will slow or speed up with respect
C.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">As X approaches C it is slowing down with respect
C until X comes to a complete halt in its approach to C and then
begins to accelerate away from C.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">In theory, point C can be any massless point but
this is not significant in physical universe terms as one must use at
least some point of mass from which to measure, view or in some way
experience X.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">In theory, too, points A,B,C remain fixed and so
are only representations out of time.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Objects in space do not have an inherent ability
to hold their own locations against the forces of the
universe.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">The apparent static or no-motion of some masses is
only relative to a closed or limited system.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Observation from an infinity of other points shows
the object to be in motion relative to them.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">In the physical universe, from the point of view
of effect, there can be only ever be motion.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">As X moves with respect C an energy exists between
and peculiar to these points which may be labeled as gravitational,
magnetic, electrical or otherwise depending upon the interplay and
characteristics of the repective motions.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">A law may be stated such that: For every constant
velocity there exists an infinity of third points from which an
acceleration can be measured.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">As X moves it effects the conditions at C whose
motion in turn influences those at A and B etc.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">An organization of matter can be worked in such a
way as to utilize this principal.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">This law applied is the Law of Synergy and

physical and socio-synergetic systems. </FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2"> </FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+3">The Alchemy of Motion</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2"> </FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Newton's 1st Law of Motion cannot be directly
observed as natural law.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">One can observe that an object appears to remain
in motion in a straight line but factually cannot do so at a constant
velocity due to the action of exterior forces such as those of
friction, gravity etc.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">A force must be constantly applied to the object
in motion in order to maintain its apparent velocity.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">The object will undergo a negative acceleration
without this added force however shallow the acceleration curve may
be.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">The apparent constant velocity is in reality a
dynamic equilibrium of accelerative forces.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">An object at apparent rest is at rest only
relative to another body or point but is in motion relative to a
virtual infinity of other bodies and points.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">A stone on the ground is at rest relative to the
ground and to other objects at rest relative to the earth but is in
motion relative to virtually the entire universe around it.</FONT>
</P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">The stone is held at its point of relative rest by
a force or combination of forces at zero relative velocity in a
dynamic equilibrium of accelerative forces as is the object in
motion.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Otherwise an automobile would not require any
further gas once the desired speed had been attained.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Admittedly it requires less gas to maintain a
given speed than to achieve it but in order to maintain a constant
velocity with no aid from exterior agencies, all friction, all forces
of gravity or of any other kind and magnitude must be eliminated
which is to say the physical universe itself.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">If one stood a broom up on its rounded wooden end
and balanced it and then let it go, it would fall.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Again, the elimination of the physical universe
around it becomes a necessary condition to the success of the
experiment or else the broom must be balanced and held in place by an
equilibrium of forces.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">It would be fairer to say that an object in motion
will remain in motion in a right line at a constant velocity unless a
change in the dynamic equilibrium of forces in which the object so
finds itself occurs.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Perhaps the reason that Newton's 1st Law seems
right to us in spite of observations to the contrary is that it is an
expression of his spiritual or alchemical quests and in this there
can be no flaw, for in the metaphysical and non-material realms the
laws of the physical universe do not necessarily hold true and it is
within one's own universe that one may recognize the simple truth of
Isaac Newton's 1st.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+3">The Law of Conservation of Motion</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2"> </FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">There are two broad categories of motion which are
a) internal and b) external.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Internal motion is the composite of the molecular,
atomic, sub atomic etc. motions of matter within and peculiar to any
given body of matter.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">External motion is the gross motion of matter with
respect its own immediate or distant environments.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">The qualities and characteristics of matter are a
product of its external and internal motions.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">A change in either the external or internal motion
of matter results in either a change of state or of the
characteristics of a given state.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">As the external motion of a mass is altered the
internal motion must compensate otherwise a fundamental change of
characteristic occurs.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">The characteristics and qualities of matter are
and qualities of matter are derived in such a way from those motions,
which are compound in nature.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Absolute zero is zero motion without and zero
motion within.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">As absolute zero is approached the matter in
question must alter its characteristics and begin to lose its
identity.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Beyond this is the Latent Heat of Creation or the
Eternal Heat of Matter itself.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">As absolute zero is approached the atomic and
molecular structures of matter arrange themselves and move according
to the Law of Synergy (qv).</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+3">Inertia</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2"> </FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">To say that an object has inertia implies that it
will require a force to alter its motion.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">By force we mean any exterior force.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">But if we exclude those forces (which we cannot
really do, rather account for them) we have what is regarded as the
inertial resistance to change. </FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">This force or counter force is an induced one and
can be expressed as the moment of equilibrium of motion which is both
relative and dynamic. An alteration of the equilibrium along its own
dynamic line is the source of the property we call inertia.</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE="+3">Systemic Inertia</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2"> </FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Inertia is defined in Websters by Newton's 1st Law
of Motion.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Accordingly, a rock sits in a fixed location
relative to some other point.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">This rock has inertia and will sit there until
some exterior force is applied to it and so we arrive at the
conclusion that inertia is constant and that it is a property of
specific matter exclusive of all other.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">We might speak of applying sufficient force to
overcome the rock's inertia.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Imagine a universe containing only this particular
rock and a force exterior to it.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Imagine that the rock is made up of only one rock
particle and not countless others.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">As any force is applied to the rock it will move.
</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">There can be no resistance.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Any force without regard to magnitude will push
this rock with absolute acceleration to infinite velocity in no time
which is meaningless in physical universe terms.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Now imagine two rocks similar in all ways but for
the fact that they do not occupy the same space and are an arbitrary
distance apart.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">A force applied to one rock away from the other
will accelerate the rocks apart but not at infinite speed.</FONT>
</P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">There will be an initial resistance to motion
which will require a quantitative force to overcome it.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">The inertia of the system will determine the
inertial response of the parts of the system in this and more complex
models.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Inertial response is experienced as a local and
finite event yet it is nonetheless a relative one.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Inertia is the relative resistance to change along
and within a system's dynamic equilibrium of motion.</FONT></P>

as an alteration in the dynamic equilibrium of motion and so they are
drawn together.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+3">Circuitry & Terminals</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2"> </FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">The direction of flow in any given system is from
a higher potential to a lower one.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Heat flows to cold which absorbs it.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">A high energy state flows toward a lower
one.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">The primary requisites to a flow are source and
receipt points or terminals.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">This is a property basic to all circuits.</FONT>
</P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">A circuit is essentially a channel within which a
flow may occur.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">A stream running down a mountain follows its bed
which forms the stream's circuit.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Providing that the source of the stream's flow
remains constant and that some mechanism exists to ensure that the
oceans do not rise above the source of the stream's flow, it will
continue indefinitely.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">A circuit describes the path of least resistance
between two terminals.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">This is the case for any flow regardless of
magnitude.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">A transfer of heat does not necessarily follow a
visible circuit yet it flows, nonetheless, from source to receipt
point.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Where the receipt point is inaccessible or the
channel is impeded the flow will be restricted or non
existant.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Any physical flow must be toward some thing which
acts as a receipt point.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">A child's ball thrown high into the air will still
follow the path of least resistance back to the earth.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">A portion of a circuit may not give evidence of
either the source or receipt points but that does not preclude their
existance. </FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Light is no exception to this rule.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Light must flow toward a low potential
mass.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">It does not simply flow outward from a source
equally throughout all space.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">It requires a low potential receipt point that
exists as mass of which there is sufficient available from our
location for light to appear evenly distributed.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">The length of lights circuit does not invalidate
the fact of its existance.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">This means that the outer edge of the cosmos must
flow more light toward the center of the universe than away from
it.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Light that does not flow directly toward the major
mass forming this universe (much as the ball thrown high into the
air) may be held by its speed to an orbit of unimaginable size and
duration.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">The mystery of the missing mass of this universe
might find its solution here.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Whether it is true or not, the image of our
universe as one encased in a shell of light, is an interesting
one.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Further, light may yet be used to measure and map
the corners of the universe without regard to light itself but rather
by monitoring and directing its source point.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">
<HR>
</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2"> </FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+3">Socio-Synergetics</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2"> </FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">The new law of motion, "For every constant
velocity there exists a third point from which an acceleration can be
measured," has wide application in both the physical and social
sciences as well as in the humanities and the arts. The physical
sciences have already been briefly addressed.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">An underevaluation of the importance of this datum
would be a serious error.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">This law applies to all physical motion regardless
of magnitude, characteristic or source. </FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">The law is expressed as the function of a constant
velocity but is nonetheless applicable to motions that are themselves
accelerations with respect their source and receipt points as any
application in this universe will show a constant velocity to be the
result of a dynamic equilibrium of accelerative forces.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">The only exception to this law is the motion of
life force itself which, although may inhabit the physical universe,
is not necessarily the effect of it.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">The matter employed by a life force is ,however,
subject to this law and although this handbook is not a spiritual
guide it is important to note that a living entity may or may not
find itself subject to the laws of the physical universe and this may
cause some apparent confusion in the application of its laws.</FONT>
</P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">In the area of communication we can find many
examples of this law at work.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Take for example the common experience of two
people in communication with one another.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">A child in the area, whose body acting as a 3rd
point, will often be drawn into the line of communication and
interrupt its flow.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">This is far more serious in an organizational
frame of reference where a person who is unable to maintain his or
her location collapses into the internal flow lines of the
organization thus introducing unpredicted motion and its consequent
enturbulation in the flow lines of the group.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">This will always find itself to be a justified
motion in the viewpoint of the culprit but the effects will always be
counter-productive.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">The structure of an organization, in order to
expand and flourish, must always contain three terminals which act as
points A, B, C and will, if C is able to maintain its position with
respect the flows between A and B, derive from that flow (the process
of induction) an energy that can be used to assist in the flows
emanating from that C to their receipt points at A or B.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Where any of the points in the organization create
flows other than in this manner the remaining terminals will have to
use more effort to maintain the integrity of their flow lines and to
ensure that the particles on those lines arrive at their intended
destinations.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">This sort of counter-motion to the intended motion
will manifest itself in many ways but each time with the same
result.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">A small, well organized group with common purposes
and co-action can, by using this law, spiral upwards and cause
effects far greater than the sum of the single actions of its group
members had they been taken and considered separately.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">It is almost possible to sense the counter-motion
within an organization as a physical drain and the reverse condition
of the co-motion of an entire group where counter- motion is minimal
or non existant as sense of exhilaration.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">An organization's efficiency is the direct result
of its structure in accordance with this law.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">In the field of art, which is the application of
the science of communication at its highest levels, this law applies
to the creation of the desired effect upon the audience. </FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Similarly, architecture, engineering, acoustics
and any other field of endeavor may employ this law to its
advantage.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">This is not a discussion concerning the various
technologies that apply to those subjects mentioned here, only of the
fundamental mechanics underlying each of them.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Some will protest this new law, as a threat to the
selfish comfort of non responsibility; for the results of conducts
they have choosen as well as the conditions in which they find
themselves, their neighbors and their fellow man. </FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">There is no motion in the physical universe that
does not immediately alter the course of the entire cosmos as well as
that of every mass in it and ultimately the source of the motion
itself.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">Flip a coin or toss a ball and realize that you
have changed this universe now and forever and even into its farthest
ports of call.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE="+2">What you do does make a difference no matter who
would have you believe otherwise.</FONT></P>
