guided to use. See what happens.

Canada i think....absolutely delicious, the energy gobbled it up

If it comes from the Solar Tech, or Solar Ray companies, it is anominophizon
species algae. This imparticular brand comes from Klammath springs, & lakes, in
Oregon. Don't know if you have ever been there, but they are still pure and
beautiful. They are on the edge of a giant pre-historic cauldera, the same one
that crater lake is on. Took the algae for years off and on, but it was always
too powerful for me, it made me fill with prana, and literally expand. I would
gain weight quickly and profoundly, even if I ate nothing else with it. Would
also radiate heat at night, even others could feel it, but no raise in actual
temperature. I think this was a secondary activation of the Tumo fire, caused
by the algae. Great for energy, but may experience some burn out(literally).

I do a lot of kundalini intervention with badly risen kundalini which
causes adverse affects (schizophrenia, dementia, etc.), the people just
FIND me somehow. They all have a twisted tailbone, which isn't a huge
problem, but then they all also have some incredible bends to the spine
(called "compensating" for the tailbone twist) which cause the faulty
rising. I work with a chiropractor on these people and we "massage"
their spine and energies back into alignment. The mental symptoms
disappear within two weeks, usually, physical illness can take longer.

I was telling a friend just the other day that I thought my memory had come
back after a few years AWOL. In trying to figure out why the return I
recalled re-reading Bringers of the Dawn by Marchiniac and briefly trying
the recommended spinning routine again...I think that may have done it!
The book recommends spinning from left to right while focusing on the right
thumb - for more revolutions and more times per day that seems reasonable or
even doable... . . and then grounding one's self with firmly planted feet
and palms together at chest level. I actually felt a settling of the
energies lower down after this. My head had been feeling particularly
insubstantial. The exercise is said to enable the body to hold <and> to
interpret more light.

I'm not into health foods the way my husband is. He eats spirulina, I
eat a salad. He gets sick all the time, I'm always healthy. Maybe the
two are connected, maybe not.
I'm just skeptical of multi-level marketing and their products.
Here's an interesting warning on blue-green algae, tying it to liver
toxicity and heart failure. Truth or lies?

What is the Tumo fire?
That is a new term to me.
Also wondering about the algae and how it supplies prana.
The vocabulary is new to me but not the concept. I knew
about prana being taken in by the breath, and I've seen
my pranic tube filled with light...
what else do people know about prana?

Don't be cranky, instead maybe tell us more about your interaction with
auras and kundalini. Auras are part of the energetic system. I know I get
more conscious
of mine the further I go in this work. I'm more aware of when my fields have
gone astray and I need to pull them in close to me. I seem to have no problem
with expanding them.
So maybe if you share your experience others may respond.

I am thinking that you are searching for a reason to
love all, because the onlyreason that we are doing
this is love, love, love, it is the heart and soul of
any romance, of any enlightenment, of any anything
designed to enable a soul to outlast any troubles
here on earth, so there is not ego of a Guru involved
unless He is an up and coming One and does not
love Himself or others, He has to realize that to
underplay His Intentions and albilities to heal
and soothes others is just as egotistical as to
show it off. The brave souls that do it blatantly
and freely do not last unless they are in
syncronististy with the Gods of everyones romance...
For Love is the single most effective way to advance
as a Guru in the making, for it is acceptable
by most except the ones who make it their business
to do the oppersite of that and dam the flow of
infinity and cause the Cosmic Seas of Love to
stop the hearts of the Gods of Love....Impossible
to do? Yes!!!

this is a Guru of Light and Life being channeled,
now, you are interested in auras and kundalini,
auras, are the life force visible to the single third
eye between the eyebrows, a spiritual facility
designed to see all the worlds of God, and the
kundalini is the magnetic electrical force of
the love of God rising up from the earth, in
it's search for it's Beloved, the Holy Spirit,
which, usually reaches down from above, alias,the Word of God, or,the
Cosmic Sun of Love,

so the right Way to do this Light is to flow
it up right, do it to the heart first, ala Bakti
yoga straight up, and plunk your bet down that it is
the most sound principle in the study of God that;
A proper foundation of love in thy heart
before fooling too, much, with the other loves
of course, that is love of knowledge, and truth,
and glory, I suppose, listen, the love in the
heart is all you need, the surplus does runneth
over anyway and you get in trouble that way
spiritually, and then you have a Guru come your
Way to put a lid on the Works if you or he cant
handle the flow!!!! See, the work of the Guru
is not always a bed of Roses.

Tumo or dumo fire is written about mostly in Tibetan Tantric Yoga practices,
and in Tibetan Buddhist liturature. It is a Tan - tien chakra manifestation,
that is roughly the chakra just in back of the navel. The tumo is activated
through concentrating the K- force to express through that chakra, and the
outer physical manifestation is physical heating or cooling of the auric field
surrounding the person. There are stories of initiate monks who are tested in
Tibet, by being stripped naked and sent out into the snow to meditate. They
activate the tumo fire, and are known to melt the snows around them in a radius

Often in order to "change the wiring from 110 to 220" some of the old circuits
have to be temporarily unplugged. This is especially true of the concrete mind
re. intellectual. The people who have type A personalities, who are articulate
, manually and mentally skilled with good memory, and good control over their
environment are the first to notice this change. Fear of the loss of this
faculty can lead to a major paranoia, if allowed to get out of hand. Try
allowing yourself to switch to the non-dominant part of the brain, and seek to
express your articulation through creative means other than those usually used.
E.G. try writing or drawing with the non dominant hand. This technique is
called cerebral crossover. and can be very revealing to one's self about those
things which are trying to surface.

Prana is life force, about which much has been written in the Hindu - Brahman,
Jain and Buddhist Traditions. An encapsulated definition might include the idea
that there are four main types of prana. Atomic prana, this is life force which
emanates from every atom manifest in creation. This leads to the postulates and
doctrines written about the consciousness of the atom. The second type is
personal or bodily prana, which coarses through animal , plant, and human ,
indavidualized organisms. We here on this file refer to an aspect of this prana
within the human - super human kingdom, as Kundalini or Shakti. The third type
of prana is planetary prana or life force. This enthrills the next devic
involutionary - evolutionary step, and allows us to manifest our forms ( mostly
the three lower form Physical, emotional-astral, and mental) according to the
incoming ray aspects which are peculiar to our position in the solar system.
The forth and highest form of prana is Solar prana. This prana eminates to us
from the Dyhani Koans who reside at the center of our sun.This prana is the
underlying life force of the universe, and comes into our world in the form of
phlogistine, which is the essence of light illumine. It is this same prana
which we begin to see in the halos and transfigured auras of saints and yogis.
