Killing the serpent power is part of
THE STAGES BEYOND ENLIGHTENMENT
The spiritual faculties are discriminative and can not be
labelled or defined by personal preference. Such perceptions
have to disregard and reject the useless as much as accepting
the real.
The three stages of a person evolve from a high moral or
ethical view of treating others as you would wish to be
treated. Beyond this is the goodness without reward, treating
others well without the need to be similarly treated to the
highest of doing what is needed - which in fact encompass the
other two.
The interesting thing about the final stage is it may in
certain circumstances appear that the highest form of service
is seen as disservice when unaware of its implications. For
this reason trust and patience in the often misunderstood
Guide is needed. Any Guides service must not be distracted by
the need to justify and explain paradoxical behaviour. For
this reason certain qualities are a prerequisite to training
and these must be in place before such an environment can be
entered.
The stages of development are different for each
individual but to a degree can be codified. Various parts of a
person may be at dissimilar points. Therefore the idea of
progression is only partially useful.
1. Seeking
This is to do with understanding what has happened.
Finding the possibilities and seeking growth, stabilisation
and further knowledge.
(the continued growth of the serpent)
2. Tracing
Finding a placement and function. Developing
understanding and discovering and recognising genuine internal
and external abilities and requirements.
(awakening to the irrelevance of the serpent)
3. Arriving
Accepting ones state. Non differentiation between
opposites. Settling into conscious direct experience.
(the irrelevant serpent)
4. Settling
This is conscious stabilisation into enlightenment and
the recognition of ones role and possibilities. The transitory
experiences have become unified. Qualities and virtues are
part of ones behaviour rather than conscious efforts.
(the sublimation of the serpent)
5. Control
The conscious realisation of internal and external being
unified. This leads to understanding of how to best harmonise
within this awareness. When you are aware of and conscious of
each action and its effect, you have begun to understand this
process.
(redirecting the serpent)
6. Disappearance
This is an internal rather than manifest characteristic.
The character is allowing and patient, not concerned with
altering either self or others. You become part of the
background.
(the beginning of death for the serpent)
7. Observing
No effort is made. No effect is sought. No direction is
necessary. One observes the world and the self as One.
(the serpent languishes)
8. Emptiness
Acting without motivation. Existing without knowing.
Manifesting without obstacle.
(the serpent dies)
9. Returning
Enlightenment is transcended and reversed. The birth of a
new being in this very life a new incarnation. Profanity and
deity are combined. God is forgotten, to be remembered again.
All surrounding existence is transfigured.
10. Beyond
An ordinary, (super)normal person.
Deepening of the realised state must be practised
partially for the sake of the whole. One must never think the
stage is the completion, the part the whole. It is the
application of skills, incidents, qualities, understandings
and so on in the right way at the right time that creates the
whole from the parts.
It is by unravelling and thwarting our expectations,
denying our inclination to systemise and confine and
encouraging our capacity to think without thought that the
skill of aware and enlightened thought occurs.
Of course the above is not what I mean
or understand
but then

The erection thing appears only during meditation. Of course
I too "suffer" from spontaneous trembling seizures and weird

Now I (or my body) has begun to do spontaneus bandhas

Rinsing the mouth several times daily with tepid salt water helps
heal mouth, gum & tongue sores faster.

Thank you for the lovely words on unconditional love. I benefitted from
opening my mail and reading that. ZAP! and I was right back into the center
that I choose for myself.
As for tounge blisters: I used to get them alot, who knows why (of-course,
all this, post-k).
I found that simply by using tea-tree oil the problem is down almost 100%.
They make wonderful toothpastes that use this oil.

Hello K.-ites!
Richard Satin contacted me on Monday and asked if it would be
possible for me to take over list management sooner than April 1, as his
life has become crazy-hectic-busy.
I wrote back yesterday to say that would be fine, even better for the
list, perhaps, considering the stress and discord that followed his recent
announcement.
He moves fast! I have recieved his post announcing his intention to
contact the server, the posts from the server with the instructions, codes
and manuals, the website documents and the first bits of list admin mail all
in the same batch of posts this morning!
Yikes! Everything, all at once.
So it is official: as of today I am the new ListMystress of the Kundalini
List.
Thankyou to those who have supported me in this.
I know for some my K. list ownership may be a bad dream come true..oh
well..ha ha...Get over it!
...seriously, stop worrying and stick around, nothing will change much.
Not even the list addresses.
The K. list website will be moved to a completely separate area on my
giant website, I have room and inclination, and room to store some digests,
as well. Richard will maintain a link to the new address.
.. I am posting to warn everyone that because of the suddenness of the
transfer I am going to have to learn by doing, which normally works well for
me. No worries. I've looked over the manuals, and I expect to have the
system aced within a week.
In the meantime, as I navigate my learning curve, do be patient with any
errors that manifest. The list is mostly run by an automatic system, so
aside for a few odd posts, things should continue normally while I get my
competence up to steam. And after!
Please do not request anything of your new Administrator for a few days,
give me some space to get familiar with the mailserv system. I have just
gotten this information, had not even had time to download the new email
software yet.
I will send out a post in a few days to indicate I am ready to tackle the
lost souls trying to unsubscribe, please hang in there with us for a few
more days.

Well You need Love yourself and I will pray for you and your father.
This happened to my father from the age of about 62. He may be able to
fight back from this first stroke, but there is always the risk of
another. It is tragic when paralysis occurs.
Change of diet to low cholesterol, plenty fruit and vegetables,
vitamins, stopping smoking if he does, reduction of salt intake, someone
who ensures he takes the prescribed medication/tablets religiously and
without fail, all these things will improve his quality of life and may
hold further strokes in remission.
I really feel for you, I have had five relatives die over the last ten
years though not all strokes.

It has been my experience that friends of a like mind come together
because you are on the same path. I call this brining together your soul
family and when you really relax into your journey and trust in God,
then it does come together. It is the fear that you have to detach from,
you fear that noone will be there or that you won't meet others. This
you create through those strong thoughts, let them go. It is not the way
it has to be at all. Those who are in your soul family will naturally

Mary, Hi, I'm familiar with that sympton... check your allergies and
more then likely you have become sensitive to something in your
environment. Take benedryll and the blisters will go almost immediately.
It makes some people sleepy but it has no effect on me whatsoever. Check
it out. And, don't be surprised if you more of the same. Detach and flow
with it. This is another time to tuck and roll. Gloria
