Namaste,

If one doesn't meditate or have some method of purification then K
manifests greatly even in the physical body, it is no badge of honour.
No meditation means no wisdom develops and no purification means that
spiritual awareness doesn't rise either.

Shamanism is a very low state, mainly in the lower astral and is a
dead end. The only solution is a yogic one.

There is nothing either right or wrong, only thing that create greater
attachments and hinder liberation. Attachment to the cleansings of K
is one such attachment. There is nothing but K and the greater the
manifestation the more dense and dull it is until it is the human body
itself.......ONS....Tony.
